Sometimes hotels get it super right After the mini mouse house in the Restaurant last week, I’ve been treated to an Elf / Christmas themed room! Fantastic… a brilliant hotel.

Decent modern Scandinavian style hotel. Service was variable depending on the staff (e. G. One receptionist very strict about check-out times with no leeway and no allowance to park a car for part of a day). Parking on the street (on Toldbodgade) is free in the evening and there is a pay machine that works in English. The rooms were fine. Location is great — opposite DOKK1 and about 5-10 minutes of walking along the canal takes you to the cathedral and the shopping area. The best part is breakfast on the top floor with pretty views of the city including a balcony. The breakfast selection is also good.

I was at this hotel for one night and it was a very pleasant stay. The staff was very kind and the room was in a good quality. The view from the room was indeed great too. The breakfast restaurant was placed on the top floor at 10th floor and there you was able to enjoy a good breakfast with a beautiful panorama view over Aahus harbor. I can only recommend a stay in First Hotel Atlantic in Aarhus city.

Fabulous breakfast fabulous views nice staff. Driving through that little door into an elevator with the car to get onto the roof to park was a first.

Check in was a breeze, parking on site and reasonable. Our room has a dokk1 view — comfortable bed, well appointed room and bath.

I recommend this hotel The room was nice, clean and smells good. Nice furniture and the bed was comfortable and it’s new But we only miss to have a kettle (vannkoker) in our room. The breakfast was very good! They have also coloring things for kids in the breakfast area. We have a nice time here. The best hotel ever! 5 stars hotel.

Very nice Hotel just 5 minutes walking off the railway station and about the same distance from downtown. Rooms are quite and clean although not so large. Breakfast has a large variety of food and beverage. The restaurant is located at the roof of the hotel where you can start the day with a beautiful view of Aarhus. I enjoyed it very much! It is the right hotel for a short staying (both business or leisure) with a good price to quality ratio. I'll come back here next time.

We had a two night stay. The room was quite large for most hotel rooms and included a bath. Breakfast had a large assortment of cereals, yoghurts, breads and fruit. The usual offering of bacon, eggs, coffee and teas accompanied croissants and danishes. It was difficult deciding what not to eat as it was fresh and flavoursome. The service and friendliness of the staff throughout the horel were impeccible. I wish most hotels would learn from the First Hotel Atlantic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend this as First Class.

Half a star deduction for the bathroom that is too small and half a star deduction for the TV programs (unfortunately only a German station).
The staff is world class whether at the reception in the restaurant or even the chambermaid all together with super friendly, helpful and attentive.

Nice rooms. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is not spectacular but ok. No safe or fridge in the rooms.

Spacious room, large bathroom, very clean. The hotel is situated close to the Central station and shopping streets, and just next to the Street Food Market. The hotel breakfast buffet was modest but sufficient, and featured an excellent coffee machine.

Great location, close to the harbor and the city center is only a few minutes walk away. The room was spotless and with a great view. The breakfast was good, with lots of different options.

Room was quite good for a hotel, our room wasn't available when we checked in so we got upgraded to a better room, personal was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was fine.

Modern rooms, nice view from breakfast room and good breakfast. Interesting experience with the car lift for parking. In general positive, also because of the great location in the city center. Main down side is the old bathrooms and the way they look.

Late check-in is possible (24h reception), friendly staff. Condition of the room was fine. Bathroom, however, was relatively small and toilet lids shaky. Overall, however, perfectly fine for a short stay. The price of the breakfast was also OK, although I sometimes lacked a lettering (e. G. Jams). Not a great choice for vegans, but I didn't ask for extra. The location of the hotel is very good!

We arrived at 2am and left the next morning. We chose this hotel because of the good reviews and our room was cosy and clean. The breakfast was a little disappointing. Normally we don't need so much but a small selection (butter and milkfree margarine for example). For meat eaters it will be okay.

Nice rooms, good location. Bit noisy at times because of the traffic, but not too bad considering how bad some city centre hotels can be.

The hotel is great situated and has the best view at breakfast.
Only bad thing is that the bathroom is way outdated in comparison to the hotel and the room!

It does not happen often — but on a warm day in Aarhus, you will wish the hotel rooms had aircondition.

Positive: You can reach the city very well. Also true the breakfast good and the view from the breakfast room. Negative: It was quite noisy. Evening and morning. The bed was comfortable but on the duvet cover had stains! The bathroom was scratched in the tub or shower!
