We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made everything very convenient. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was amazing with a very high-quality selection. It was also a lovely touch to have free coffee and tea available.
What stood out most was the reception staff. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and experienced, and it was genuinely a pleasure to interact with them. The whole check-in and check-out process was easy, smooth, and welcoming.
🛑 Therefore, if this room were a food establishment, the Danish Food Authority would have shut it down 🤢🧼😷
At Comwell Aarhus, Dolce by Wyndham, we were greeted by an extremely friendly receptionist — genuinely so. She single-handedly lifts the experience from “almost dreadful” to “acceptable. ” ❤️
Rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested, which immediately raises questions. Whether they are properly cleaned between guests is unclear. The rooms are so worn that they should not be rented out in their current condition, and the level of cleaning is simply not hotel-worthy.
❤️🧼This is not a criticism of the cleaning staff, but of an administration that appears to measure cleaning in seconds rather than standards.

Exactly as you can expect from a quality hotel. Staff were very helpful and smiling. They were there tomorrow high service which they did. Great breakfast and I love the idea that rooms does not have to be cleaned everyday — we should all save and help where we can. No photo as I forgot :-)
