Rooms are clean. But it's a lot of noise, because the hostel is suitable for family with kids. The staffs are aged. It's hard to communicate with them in English. And they are impolite and irresponsible. I'm not Dane but with a danish phone number. I contacted them several times in order to get the code of front door, reached them, the staffs took no action. I most booked a room and didn't get into the hostel.
