This is a mixed review.
Positives : the communal areas were clean, spacious and well maintained. Nice areas to cook and relax and toys/ activities for the children. Parking was easy and attached to the property.
Negatives : it is expensive for what it is. We paid 2/3rd the price of a local good hotel and it didn’t appear to be 2/3rd as nice. The rooms, whilst being a reasonable size, were utilitarian and looking worn. There was what looked like blood on our curtains. The beds weren’t comfortable and the bathroom whilst large was old and, again, utilitarian — a bit like being in a public toilet. I know it’s a youth hostel and we stayed because of lack of otherwise local accommodation but we wouldn’t stay again.
