The staff and owners (Mogens and Shanette) are described as very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The owners speak good German, which makes communication easier. Guests praise their hospitality and efficiency in resolving issues, including technical questions about caravans.

All services can be paid for with a bank card. The electricity payment system is considered fair, as guests only pay for the actual consumption of their equipment, rather than a fixed amount. However, one guest found the cost of emptying sewage and filling with water (120 Danish crowns/16 euros) to be too high.

There is a common kitchen with excellent equipment, including several stoves and an oven, which are available for free use. Guests rate the kitchen as clean and convenient. There are also outdoor tables for washing dishes, although one visitor noted that they are old and not connected.

Most guests praise the sanitary facilities for their cleanliness, modern equipment, and regular cleaning; there is a dedicated area for children and accessibility for people with disabilities. However, there are also negative reviews: one guest reported that some family bathrooms were closed, and that people of different genders used the shared showers and toilets. There were also reports of equipment malfunctions in the toilets.

Opinions on the cottages are divided. Some guests were satisfied with the clean and cozy cottages, which have everything needed. Another visitor described their experience very negatively: in a small cottage without a toilet, they found urine stains on the mattresses, cobwebs inside, and dirty dishes, which led them to leave after one night.

There is a large playground with a water slide, canals for building dams, and a large inflatable bouncy castle (although it was broken once). There is a small fishing pond and even animals on the property. For those who enjoy escape rooms, there is a high-quality escape room available. In addition, fresh bread is delivered to the reception for breakfast.

The pitches are located on a level, firm ground with short-cut grass, separated by hedges, and have access to drinking water. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, as well as satellite TV. The only inconvenience may be the access roads, which are made of large gravel, which can be difficult to cycle on.
