Specifically, hot water in the showers and the use of electricity in the communal kitchen (for example, for the microwave or mini-oven) must be paid for separately by the minute using an access card. Some visitors considered these charges unfair, especially given the high cost of accommodation.

There is a small shop and a kiosk by the water on the premises selling ice cream and snacks, although some guests describe the shop prices as overpriced. Guests can order fresh bread for the following morning. Additionally, communal bread-making by the campfire is organized twice a week. Communal kitchens with gas burners are available for self-catering.

Sanitary areas, toilets, and showers are described as very clean, well-maintained, and modern, with underfloor heating in the family rooms. The cottages and trekker huts are rated as simple; some guests find them outdated and in need of modernization. The communal kitchen has been criticized in some reviews, with mentions of malfunctioning burners and a very old, low-quality mini-oven.

The property features a heated pool and a spa area, which are very popular. Most guests are satisfied with the water temperature, although one visitor criticized the pool, claiming the water was cold and the depth was only 1.3-1.4 meters. A slide was also mentioned, which according to one guest, was not functioning correctly. The campsite provides access to the lake with a small sandy beach.

The campsite is excellent for families with children. There are several large and spacious playgrounds featuring a double zipline, trampolines, and sandboxes. Various activities are organized for children, including fire truck visits and creative workshops. Guests note that children can spend many hours engrossed in games here, sometimes even more than at Legoland.

Overall, the atmosphere is described as cozy, relaxed, and family-oriented. Many guests appreciate the tranquility, cleanliness, and the opportunity to connect with nature. However, some noted that the plots (especially the "prime" locations by the lake) can be too small, resulting in neighbors being situated very close to one another.
