Good tenting spot with pool and clean facilities and children’s playgrounds.
But it’s pricey for a single tent. The price for a tent is the same with a campervan (115Dkk per night + 103 per adult)
This is a beautiful place to camp with either an rv or staying in one of their bungalows. They have a clean pool and office with a great tasting selection of pizza. We enjoyed cooking out and walked to the beach. I recommend staying here at least 2 days to be able to enjoy everything.

Nice campsite, set up nicely for kids with two playgrounds a pool and a train that takes them on a tour daily. Everything you need is there as when it comes to a campsite. The apartments are rather scarcely equipped and there are no basics so you have to book sheets, bring kitchentowels, hand soap, herbs, oil etc. It’s ok clean and the team is very nice.
It’s close to the sea but you have to cross a highly frequented street and also you are not allowed to swim along the whole beach stripe there.
Esbjerg is an actual small city with a lot of industry and the harbor, it has nice Museums that have a lot to offer also for kids and there are some lovely breweries and coffee shops.
However if you look for a niet and cosy danish town, this is not where you want to go…
Overall great campsite but I wouldn’t choose the location anymore unless you’re happy to drive somewhere daily.
