A perfect place to stay on our Legoland Holiday. Clean and comfortable room. Amazing buffet breakfast with so much variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Only a 10 min walk to Legoland and close to other attractions and amenities. Free shuttle bus to airport. The trampoline, sandpit and games room kept the kids well entertained. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. 5

The hotel have a very good morning buffet. It is close to Legoland and Lalandia.

The hotel was around 10 minutes from Legoland. It is free parking included. But, there is always a but.
The price I think is really high. I booked late so that could be why. Breakfast is not included even if the price for room is high. I would consider to visit hotel svanen again.

Located within walking distance of major attractions: 700 m to Legoland and 1.2 km to Lego House. Clean and comfortable business room, even for a family with kids. Nice but very expensive restaurant.

Small rooms (family), no minibar, no ac, poor cleaning, plastic cups, no ventilation and unpleasant reception person. Nice resturant, food and staff in resturant.

Clean and tidy. Good breakfast. No luxury, but sufficient. Short distance to Lalandia and Legoland.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from downtown Billund and the LEGOLAND playground. The staff were nice and the room was really nice, with everything we could need. I can't express myself on the bar/restaurant never going there; for everything else I definitely recommend it!

A small, four-star hotel with a convenient 700m parking lot. From Legoland and Lalalandia.

Great room, quiet establishment, lots of choice for breakfast, possibility to make waffles. SPA bath highly appreciated by cons it is the only establishment that has counted us taxes for a payment by card. Over 2 weeks we never had any extra taxes either at the restaurant or at the hotel except here. Damage.

A quite nice place with a good and varied breakfast. The rooms are spread out across different houses in the area. The rooms themselves are very new but be advised not to take for a family room for 4 people with a bedsofa as the bedsofa is far two small for two people. All in all it's a fresh place with a good breakfast but it has some annoying flaws.

Great location near Lalandia and Legoland. Excellent breakfast.

We stayed two nights in Superior room for visit to the Lego House and Legoland (5 minutes walk). Friendly Staff, quick Check in, large and clean room, breakfast buffet and good and rich. The double bed was a bit odd, a single double mattress and two thin mattresses above which tended to move and therefore a little awkward. I recommend it for anyone who goes to Billund by car or plane for proximity to the city facilities. Note that for 199 Danish kroner in the evening you have dinner buffet, the dishes are not bad.

Not a bad place. Here are 2 hotels, as far as I remember, one by sight more expensive, the second in which I was, cheaper. Interesting location of rooms, in one floor building several rooms. The room has a table, a kettle, a cupboard, a large bed with clean underwear. A combined bathroom, it's inconvenient that water from the shower can spread all over the toilet. The bathroom has a heated floor.

Always a good experience as far as I am concerned, though the rooms vary from ok to really nice. Breakfast is Rich a varied, definitely top notch in my eyes and if one chooses to dine here, the cuisine is good and the menu is renewed frequently enough to prevent it from becoming boring.

Reasonably priced hotel, within walking distance of Legoland. Decor in the rooms is dated, and rooms smell slightly moldy. Great breakfast and dining though. Would get more stars if the rooms and bathrooms are to be renovated to modern standards.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but ate at the resturant. 1. The steak I ordered was medium well. I received a medium rare. 2. After a single bite establishing that it was the wrong order, there was no way I was going to give that steak back. It was beautiful. Eat here… just confirm how exactly you'd like the steak done.

A very nice and modern hotel. And the breakfast was absolutely top! For everyone whether vegetarian or vegan.

Nice hotel with clear rooms. Near to Legoland so walking there will not take you a lot of time.

Just spent the week there with my family — if there is only one thing that I can 'complain' about it's the rooms are a tad small and hardly and storage space, other than that the place was spotless, staff were extremely courteous, excellent food and waiting staff at Restaurant (both for breakfast and dinner) — will happily visit again! Thank you for a great stay!

Disappointment, it is not 4 star. Bathroom like in the 80s in student dormitory. Small room, no wardrobe and place for 3 persons. Smells bad, no ventilation. No refrigerator. Good TV, good cleaning and breakfast. Good Wifi.

Calm hotel with friendly staff in walking distance from Legoland and Lalandia.

I'd give the staff 5 stars! Excellent service and great attitude. Couldn't be happier with staff. Room was a beauty, but not well cleaned jacuzzi. Food is great but not much fish or veggies, mostly meats. Breakfast was good. Yet again, the staff was brilliant! Lots of TV channels.

Very friendly staff, room (suite in the separate blocks) was fairly new and in good state. The rooms were fairly expensive and everything in the hotel is really expensive. A beer from the mini bar 9 Euro. A small bottle of water at reception (cheap standard water) 3+ euro that shocked me most. The dinner buffet had a children price that was ok en quality was pretty good and they had a lot. All in all pretty good. The price level might be a Danish thing, everything compared to Netherlands more expensive.

Lovely rooms with fair prices, walking distance from Legoland Billund… it's a great place to stay with family when visiting legoland. Bathroom has a bathtub from Jacuzzi, and the ability to shower, and it comes stocked with the regular stuff. Shower gel, shampoo and soap. There's also conditioner and lotion as you'll find in many hotels. Plenty of power outlets in the room, I think that is a good thing. The staff was very professional, but during breakfast they walk rounds to see what tables need to be cleared, I understand that is necessary but it is SLIGHTLY annoying anyway, I feel a little rushed. Overall a nice place to stay and I warmly recommend it!

A great hotel close to the airport and lovely restaurant for dimmer and breakfast.

For a four star hotel this place is a joke — I would never stay here again. The rooms they show in the pictures is nothing like the room I had. My room was small and stuffy (no air conditioning) with very dated decor, it reminded me of my old student dorm room at uni. Additionally the room opens straight out onto a courtyard which was the outdoor bar area meaning it was very noisy. The restaurant and lobby are nicely presented and the food was good — the staff are friendly enough but not very attentive I waited for 40 minutes for the waiter to bring the dessert menu and in the end I gave up and just went to the bar to pay my bill. The gym facilities are not on site but at a different hotel which is not convenient at all. The beds are not great and the sheets come off easily which, when combined with the hot room meant I had an awful sleep. I don't know who gave them their four stars — it is more like a 2 star motel with an reasonable restaurant attached.

Not good at all For a 4 star hotel is disaster bed sheets are so small barely cover the sofa bed 2 adults and 3 kids. It is hot in here no A/C and no net on the windows so many insects around very unsatisfied for the price they are charging 4 star hotel with no air conditioning system!

Trip to LEGOLAND with the family. Location is perfect but the price performance could be better. No complain but also no positive ueberrachung. More of a 2-3 star hotel.

We stayed 3 nights. 2 Adults, 2 Children. The Sofa Bed was rather short. Also for the kids! Beds were not made on both days. Claimed — no reaction. Pitty for a 4 stars place! Hotel well located to Legoland. Calm. Breakfest very good, rich and well asorted.

Excellent hotel within short walking distance from Legoland. I was extremely satisfied with the friendly customer service and enjoyed the rich breakfast buffet very much. The staff is very helpful and customer-friendly. If you're planning a visit to Legoland, this is the place to be. It deserves my highest recommendation.
