Exceptional dinner! excellent and mostly local products, exquisite and refined recipes, taste is always very fresh, fine and complex and you can tell there was a lot of research!
plates and presentation are very much structured and finely researched while keeping things simple and promoting the products. China is serving the recipies too. Wines are surprising and it only adds to the charm of the experience.
service is discrete and professional. unforgettable experience, so lucky we have such creative and gastronomy lovers in the area!
