Pros: room (suite) was clean and new. The heated floors were great. Bed comfortable.
Cons: all the bedding and towels smelled so much of fried food it was gross to use them on your body or have your head on the pillow to sleep.
The person we should contact was not answering emails the week were coming and so there was no way to get food in the morning (we had hiked in).
For these reasons it did not feel professionally run.
