This is not a B&B in my book since there is no breakfast served. I don't enjoy scrubbing sinks after use when I'm on holiday also I've never been asked to strip the beds with the beddings inside out before I checked out from any type of accommodation. The room were nice and everything was well kept and clean.
Room with acces to kitchen facilities would in my opinion be the right name for this place and if you don't mind some scrubbing when you're on holiday this is a lovely place and the people are nice and friendly.
