We stayed one night on a road trip to the southern Funen area. The hotel is beautifully situated in the small maritime town of Troense, and with a great view of the Svendborg Strait.

Reception /checkin was smooth.
Our room was spotless with extra pillows and towels. Lovely little private patio with view to wooded area. Comfortable beds.

The B&B in Troense has definitely been worth a visit!

We stayed 2 nights as a base for a trip to Aeroe. We had to go across the road to our room and followed signs up stairs, through doors, and around corners which made it feel like a labyrinth at first!

We booked this hotel because it's so close to the ferry terminal but as soon as we walked in to the reception we realized that it was exceptional.

A wonderful experience, from the moment we arrived we felt that we were in safe hands. We stayed in the suite with a balcony and wonderful views. A great bed and bedding!

Good option for a self served hotel. My room 8 was by the staircase and I could hear people go up and down through the night, my stay could have been better.

Now mind you this visit took place in mid-spring 1983.
I was stationed in what was once called West Germany in the modest town of Grafenwohr.

This is perhaps the most beautifully situated and friendly hostel in Denmark. The hospitality was heartfelt, with staff showing genuine interest in the happiness of the guests.

This was probably the 3rd or 4th time I stayed here. It is a fairly simple hotel/hostel but clean and nice. You get the material to make your own bed.

We had a wonderful family stay at Stella Maris over the Christmas holidays. The service and staff were absolutely outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

We had the best of times at Stella Maris. What a breathtaking place. We had room 20 with our own little garden.

This is a beautiful bnb and Niels is a gem. A real home from home.

The owner does everything to make you feel at home. Good service.
