Check-in is very simple, with instructions provided by the owner to facilitate the process. Overall, the staff are described as very friendly, welcoming, and prompt in their communication. However, one guest was dissatisfied with the behavior of the owner, Brian, reporting rudeness and a threat of eviction due to conversations in the room.

The breakfast is described as high-quality, varied, and delicious; the menu includes eggs, cheese, ham, yogurt, butter, jams, bread, tea, and coffee. The meal can be served outdoors or in the room. Guests are also provided with a discount for the nearby Baker Boys bakery, where excellent bread can be purchased.

Complimentary tea and coffee are available to guests. The hotel has a shared kitchen that is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances, making it an excellent option for those who prefer to cook for themselves. Some guests noted that there is a separate box for each room in the refrigerator.

The atmosphere at the hotel is generally calm and quiet, as it is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. However, there are comments regarding soundproofing: some guests complained about noise from neighboring rooms, as well as creaky floors and doors, which is particularly noticeable when using the shared corridor to the bathroom.

Opinions on the mattresses are divided: some guests find them comfortable, others complain that they are too soft, and some find them too firm. The rooms are equipped with blackout curtains that ensure a good night's sleep. The furniture is described as cozy and lovingly selected, although some guests noted that the doors are old and poorly insulated.

Most guests rate the cleanliness as very high: rooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen are kept clean. However, one visitor noted that the bath mat was wet and the shower drain functioned poorly. It was also mentioned that order is maintained in the common areas.

The rooms feature tables of sufficient size for dining. Toiletries and bath amenities are not included by the hotel, and guests are asked to bring their own. A separate towel for each room is provided in the bathroom.

There is no elevator in the building; rooms are located on the second and third floors. The stairs are very steep, which may create significant difficulties for elderly guests, people with limited mobility, or when transporting heavy luggage.

The hotel uses shared bathrooms with toilets (one bathroom for every 2–3 rooms). The facilities themselves are described as spacious, clean, and modern, but the shared system can be inconvenient as one may sometimes have to wait their turn.
