Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel at all.
We explicitly booked a room that allowed dogs and received a confirmed reservation. However, after just one night, we were informed that there was actually no dog-friendly room available and that we had to leave the hotel immediately.
We had travelled all the way from Germany with our dog and our young child. Instead of resolving the hotel’s mistake or offering a reasonable solution, we were effectively asked to leave. As we were travelling during the peak holiday season, it was impossible to find alternative accommodation at such short notice. As a result, our family vacation came to an end after just one day.
What was especially disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We received no meaningful assistance in finding alternative accommodation and had the impression that the significant impact on our family was not taken seriously. In our view, the hotel did not take responsibility for its mistake.
A confirmed reservation should provide reliability and peace of mind. If a hotel is unable to honour a confirmed booking, it should do everything possible to minimise the inconvenience caused to its guests. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel to families travelling with children and dogs.
Very good hotel located in the marina area which is a very quiet part of town. If this is your priority, you'll be making a good choice.
It's a self-service hotel, you need to download an app prior to arrival which will help you open the hotel door as well as your room's one.
Hotel is pretty new as it opened in June 2025 and one can tell. It's spotless.
Free coffee is offered round the clock in the lobby area. Breakfast is pretty good with a decent selection of cold cuts, fruit, sausages, scrambled eggs, healthy superfoods, juices. Yogurts.
Wifi is complimentary and works perfectly.
There's a parking lot which you can access with the app and where you can reacharge your EV. Also available a fitness centre at a cost of DKK50 (think it should be complimentary for guests).
It'd also be perfect if the hotel could rent bicycles.

Nice hotel, pretty new with big rooms perfect for family. The problem is that the room was not so clean. Long brown hair on the bathroom floor, moisture in the sink, dust on the floor in the main room and the worst was the fan that we couldn't use as it was so dirty. It's a pity as the hotel itself is nice in a beautiful place.
