Camp Hverringe

Stayed in a 6 person lodge as hotels were not available for a business trip at a reasonable price. The camping was very clean and in order, we took the 6 person as it had a seperate toilet and shower. Check in was easily done as we arrived late there was nobody on reception, check in was by an automatic kiosk. The hut was rather smaller than I expected it was enough for 1 person, but 6… that would have been a squeeze. The facilities on the camping are ok but while we were there nothing was open except the 24/7 honesty shop. Would be a wonderful place to take the family on a short holiday, but it's ideal for a stop over for walks along the beach and the views, there are no shops until you hit the next town. Its about 40 mins drive to Odnese.

Out of the three-week road trip through the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Germany, this was one of the most beautiful campsites I visited, with the most activities to enjoy during my vacation. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer. From trampolines to the sea, a petting zoo, a swimming pool, and a playground for kids (where we even played for a bit), to the super large and beautiful kitchens where you can cook. There are also spacious restroom and shower facilities, including family shower and restroom areas that you can access with a pass.
Despite the many people, it was still very peaceful. The place is quite large, with beautiful views. The reception staff were very helpful and managed to assist us last minute in finding a great spot at the campsite.

This site has everything you could possibly ever want. Loads of shared facilities. Two toilet blocks that are second to none. Probably the cleanest and most well equipped toilets and showers I have ever come across. Also the first toilet block where there was a TV playing the news in my cubicle.
The service was friendly and helpful. I had to borrow a ladder and it was all no problem. We had pitches right on the sea front which were great but a fair walk to the toilet block. Also one little moan was that the hedge between the pitch and the beach could do with a trim so we can make the most of the view. Very high tech with an app to track electricity use. One slight odd thing is that electricity is charged for, which is the first time in many years of camping.

A wonderful campsite right next to the beach in a quiet and beautiful location! We (family of 3 with a 7 year old daughter) travelling with a car with rooftop tent. We booked this campsite last minute based on location and Google reviews. It did not dissapoint. They had plenty of availability, we could choose our own spot. It was very green, quiet and lots of space. Fantastic (heated) pool cleaned daily, snackbar at the pool, large playgrounds, lots to do for kids, plenty of room to relax inside too with tv's and games. Very relaxed, close to the beach, staff is very nice, small shop with fresh bread and pizza's at night. Also a great Thai restaurant in front of the campsite. The showers and toilets are nice, warm and spacious. If anything they could be a little cleaner but it was ok. Cheap bike rental, possibility for electric bike rental. I would highly recommend this campsite and I would visit again.

Lovely location, however, very expensive for what is on offer out of season. The pool was closed, as well half of the facilities and sanitary facilities but there was no price reduction. The sanitary facilities are aged and grubby despite only a handful of guests staying. The campsite is almost entirely statics which are empty this time of year, however, we only had the option of staying in a couple of spaces far from the sea, despite the campsite being empty. In high season this looks like a perfect place for children, however, just not for us.

Camping place with an exquisite view to the water. It has nice pool and playground. The standard plot was quite small, and I feel like everything in the shop cost a bit high compared to other places. They have the thai food by the pool last week when we're there, which tasted really good, but with very long serving time. We usually have to wait for total 30-45 minutes before we get our food (around dinner time), also when we only order fries for the kids. The bathroom's always nice and clean, the ice cream truck was also popular. All in all, it was a good stay, but we might try other places next year.

Me and my partner came right before 23, closing of the gate. We contacted the hotline and they came straight out to help us. We had a tent and put it up in the dark, had a problem with electricity but they came straight to help us, lovely people, beautiful views and clean washrooms ✨ thanks for saying us that night ☺️

5* camping NO WAY 3, 5* YES.
The camping is close is on a beachfront FULL of rocks but its fine.
What bugs me is ZERO activities for children, and this during the high season, yes playground is ok, yes the swimming pool is also ok but that's it. There is a crappie and short horse raid once a week which you need to book in advance.
A so called petting zoo whit 3 goat's!
A extremely bad magic show that cost extra 50 dkk all in Danish off course.
And for our 10 days here there was also one zumba workout at 20:00 that was simply put bad.
Camping has a good atmosphere and toilets are clean, the children play all day and made new friends but calling this a 5* camping place is a insult to reall 5* camping, the price is definitely 5* being the most expensive camping place I ever stay in Denmark.
Also, phone signal is very bad, Wi-Fi is available for free in 2 areas of the camping.
If you stay on the places close to the water you are also the farthest from the toilets and kitchen.
Supermarket are 15-20m away by car.
Not coming back and recommending cheaper alternatives in the area, get the same for less money.

Very nice campsite overlooking the Belt Bridge on the horizon. Access roads narrow, but the way is worth it.
