Opinions regarding the staff are divided. Many guests describe the reception employees as very sweet, friendly, and helpful, noting quality support even outside of business hours. At the same time, there are negative reviews regarding rudeness and a reluctance to be accommodating when assigning pitches. In some instances, staff were quick to resolve issues concerning incorrect parking plots or erroneous electricity bills.

The condition of the accommodations has drawn many complaints. Guests complain about worn-out furniture, including rotting boards on the terraces, broken sofas, and shaky steps. The beds are described as uncomfortable, too narrow, or sagging like a trampoline. There are also mentions of extensive cobwebs outside and poor mattress quality.

Cleanliness is one of the most discussed issues. In the cottages, guests have noted dirty kitchen utensils and poor cleaning that takes only a few minutes. The sanitary blocks are a major point of contention, with guests reporting mold in the showers, dirty floors, sewage smells, and overflowing trash bins. Conversely, some visitors found the toilets to be clean and well-heated.

During the winter period, common areas and sanitary facilities are well-heated, providing comfort. However, guests in the cottages have complained about a limited supply of hot water, which is only sufficient for a couple of people. There was also a reported instance of incorrect electricity billing that required correction after several phone calls.

The site features a swimming pool, mini-golf, and playgrounds, access to which is often included in the price. However, guests report that these facilities are in poor condition: the pool can be cold, dirty, or closed, the showers by the pool are often out of order, and the playgrounds appear dilapidated and unsafe. Common kitchen areas with stoves, ovens, and microwaves are also available, and the laundry facility is free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the campsite and is available to all guests.

Playgrounds and a pool are provided for children, although their condition is a cause for concern. Regarding pets, one guest warns that the stairs in the cottages are inconvenient for dogs, and they may need to be carried by hand.
