Great location. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant menu.
— We ended up in the attic room no. 7 with air conditioner working only at the lowest speed. The temperature in our room throughout the night was 31 degrees C. We could not sleep at all in this temperature. The staff first tried to fix the AC but they couldn't so thy promised to give us discount for that inconvenience. Apparently they changed their mind in the morning saying I need to pay full amount and then write an e-mail describing this situation in order to get the discount. Needles to say, the e-mail remained unanswered. Never again I will stay in this hotel. -Very basic breakfast. -Staff not speaking English.

Very beautiful hotel hotel in the centre of the beautiful winery town Valtice. The hotel is furnished to high standard and very comfortable. The personal is well trained and professional. There is a small spa with sauna and whirlpool. The one disadvantage is that some rooms are located next to the road which gets busy early morning. Bike friendly.
