We booked 2 rooms in this hotel months ago but when we arrived we were told that the hotel can not accommodate us because of a problem in the rooms. Keep in mind that we booked 2 separate rooms and that “problem” apparently occurred in both rooms. We were not informed before our arrival even though according to them the problem occurred yesterday. So we were moved to Zlaty hotel next to it. In which we were given a room in the attic with no internet connection. And judging by the reviews on this hotel, they have done the same thing to other people too, which says a lot about the bad management in the hotel. We were not compensated in any way by them. We do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location. Ok rooms. Breakfast could be better. If you are by car parking may be difficult. Hotel parking is not too close and not always available even if promised.

This hotel and its sister hotels are ran by unprofessional clowns. We booked its sister hotel, the rouge, and we were moved to the old inn without any notification or warning. This is a downgrade because the old inn doesn't have air conditioning. Then when we go to dinner, one of the employees comes into our room and steals our fan. Of course when we try to get another one, they don't have any more. Do not stay here or at the sister hotels if you want to be treated with any kind of respect.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately, after the first use of coffee, no fresh tableware or sugar was left. Which was a pity during a 4tägigen stay. It was easy to get sugar from the reception.

Adequate, quaint hotel. Good breakfast spread.

This hotel is old. It is located centrally. There is no car parking at the hotel, you have to park your car in a lot outside the old town. The room we had faced the town square, the view was good, at the same time it was nice and quite in the room. The room had ornate furniture that was not very functional. The breakfast buffet was large with many local items and quite tasty.

Located in the Laocheng District Center, you can easily reach the sights in the photo. Living here is very convenient.

Very pleasant, centrally located, nice staff.

I booked the deluxe room turns out that what you see in the pictures is that room or even close to that (it looks the same as the comfort double room) it was dirty in the bathroom with cracked tiles etc. The breakfast wasen't like in the pictures either. Not that good at all.

Just about the most horrid service in the restaurant you could get in the town, dude on staff on 26th of June was as ignorant as they get. Beer was hot.

Food was good when it finally arrived. Service a bit slow, but a large group did come in just before us so maybe justified. Had a soup and duck, both very tasty.

The coffee and cakes were strictly ok — it is overpriced and the qualtiy is low compared to other cafes in the town.

Old school, professional, courteous waitstaff, even to obnoxious kid tourists. Excellent food too!

It's a nice hotel in Cesky Krumlov. Rooms are very clean, neat, big bathroom. The staffs of hotel's restaurant are very helpful. Bohemian meals are wonderful.

Nice Hotel, unfortunately our room was not clean (floor not vacuumed). In the night it was both nights until 4 o'clock in the morning so loud, (pubs in the rear alley), that sleep was not thinking. Very good was the Breakfast buffet and the Service there.
