The Clock Inn

I had an amazing stay! The location is very central, right in the city centre. The hostel is comfortable, with clean bathrooms, spacious rooms, and nice common areas — especially the terrace. But the staff are definitely the best part. Had to stay for a while and they are really fun. Everyone is very friendly and helpful — especially Anj! They organise events, give great recommendations and are available 24/7. I’d definitely recommend it.

Going to Prague? The Clock Inn is the place to stay. This hostel is amazing! The location is perfect for exploring the city. The rooms and bathrooms always clean, the beds super comfortable, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The social and common rooms made it easy to relax and meet other travelers, and the pub crawls were a lot of fun and a great way to experience Prague’s nightlife. I highly recommend it!

Hostel for kids run by kids. Everyone at the reception has the social skills of a 12 year old, they were not able to communicate professionally about any of my requests. I would’ve enjoyed staying at this hostel and given it high ranking had it not been for the reception telling me “if you don’t like it then why are you staying here? ” in response to me politely alerting them to a broken door on the dorm room. Staff at the reception: pls grow up.

Had a great stay at the Clock Inn! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean. Close to tram stations and easy to get around. Highly recommend!

This is my favourite hostel I’ve ever stayed in. The location is perfect, rooms and bathrooms very clean, and the communal spaces and terrace are great but what really keeps me coming back (4x already), are the amazing staff. A massive shout out to the best of the best Anj, Kat, Hadley and Anne! They truly made the experience unforgettable, they are very good at their jobs, always ready to help and have amazing recommendations. They truly made all my stays great.

Stayed at the hostel and it was the best hostel when it came to accommodation and some of the service, the dayworkers was everything a tired travler would need and makes everything smooth but I can feel I speak for everybody when I say the night staff is the worst, rude och unpleasant. Dident want to do his work and simply just stand there. Would like to give this a 5/5 but because of him it does not live up to that.
I was to believe the service staff almost worked commission based of my experience, they gained nothing doing all the extra work and really went “the extra mile” just so that everything got right, and these are not just lazy teens looking at theirs phones but extremely hardworking, amazing, therefore I would like to mention three workers that really stood out, thank you Anj, Paolo and Rafael.

It's perfectly located only a 20 minute walk from the city centre, and 5 minute walk for daily shopping. The staff were so friendly and so helpful with everything. I only wish there were curtains on the bunk beds but otherwise very clean very comfy.

Coco is so so sweet! She let us store our bags and also let us stay in the lounge until our departure even after checking out. It’s a very nice hostel. Safe too. Good location. It’s easy to walk around Prague from here.

The best thing about this hostel is its warm and friendly staff who are always ready to help you with anything. The location is also perfect, you can easily get anywhere either on foot or by tram. The hostel is very clean and has a beautiful terrace to relax on.

I highly recommend the clock inn hostel! There were plenty of communal spaces to meet other guests, such as the game room, TV room, and work room! I especially loved the terrace where we were able to enjoy drinks while watching the sun set! They have activities sprinkled throughout the week so you won’t get bored. The staff was friendly and they even went out with us and brought us to their favourite bars around town.

I literally can’t fault this hostel. It’s clean, the staff are lovely, the kitchen is great and the terrace is beautiful and great for a drink if you meet anyone. I stayed in an 8 person women's only dorm and it was great.
I also have to say that the showers were super good aswell.
The location was great especially for the main station, local tesco and old town.
Basically, I had a great time and loved the hostel, I can’t fault it.

Very mediocre hostel. Kind of bare bones in that there’s nothing particularly nice or noteworthy. Yet definitely some feedback:
— lockers are not big enough to fit a standard backpacking backpack or small luggage. This means that the floor is completely cluttered with everyone’s miscellaneous belongings.
— my room (with a ton of floor space) didn’t have a single chair to place things off the floor, and it was inconvenient not having a place to quickly sit (i had a top bunk)
— closes kitchen at 10pm so no access at all to the fridge until 6am next day if you have anything.
— very stuffy rooms.
— (not necessarily the hostel’s fault) — guests bringing in men to girls only room.
Might just be my taste but the overall vibe was just off. Super bland dorm feel, but it is a hostel after all.

I had a good stay at this hostel overall. I stayed in a shared dorm. The location is excellent—right in the city centre and within walking distance of everything you’d want to see or do.
The hostel itself was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was a highlight, stocked with plenty of utensils and handy extras like salt and pepper, which made cooking easy. There’s also a nice rooftop balcony with a bar serving cheap drinks—a great spot to relax in the evening.
Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Free earplugs are available at reception, which is a thoughtful touch, especially as trams pass by outside. That said, they didn’t disturb my sleep.
The dorm rooms have small lockers, which are suitable for valuables, though not large enough for bigger bags. Each bed unfortunately doesn’t have a privacy curtain, and the room curtains only partially cover the windows, which might be an issue for light sleepers.
There’s a free hairdryer available in the bathroom area and even a lift, which is convenient. The social atmosphere was mixed—some guests were sociable while others kept to themselves, so it depends on what you're looking for.
All in all, a clean, centrally located hostel with good facilities and a few small drawbacks. I would stay again.

Had a great experience at The Clock Inn! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and cozy, and everything was well taken care of. It was a comfortable, smooth stay from start to finish. Highly recommend!

My stay at Clock Inn Hostel in Prague was excellent! I loved the hostel and everything was perfect, the location, the staff, the happy atmosphere, and all the facilities were brilliant! The hostel is very clean and there’s one floor with social areas that made my stay even better (especially the rooftop that they have there and that provided me with breathtaking views of the city). I Will definitely stay again at this hostel when I’m back in the Czech Republic!

Hostel is great, the staff is very helpful with everything. The location is absolutely amazing. It has a rooftop that is the cherry on top. Amazing view and just an awesome vibe. The common areas are big and has everything you need. For sure going to stay here again if ever back to Prague!

Good staff, very friendly and outgoing. Also helped us check in earlier (we checked in at 7am and normal check in time is 3pm) and helped with late checkout aswell for free, also they provide free towels, filtered water, and free shampoo&shower gel, and good location 10-15minutes of walking from the old town and the main tourist attractions.
