Great location, clean and big room. The only downside I found is that the current don't block the sun light.

This place made my stay in Prague that much more enjoyable! Right in the center of Prague. Nice view of Black Madonna House and Powder Gate. Host was extremely helpful, we were running late and he worked it out with us no problem.

It was very central. Clean and nice. Very good breakfast. Wish I hadn't booked so fast though. Only realised I was in a dorm after I'd paid. Had no intention of staying in a dorm for two weeks so I moved. One tip. Perhaps you could stick the parquet flooring down in the dorm. Very difficult to move around without waking everyone up.

Very good room and service. Pub below is loud so bring ear plugs. Otherwise a very good stay!

Ideal location, less than 1 minutes from Charles Bridge and does not reach either 2 of the old square. We were greeted with two cafes and some pastries at 13.00 and they let us into the room even being an hour before check in, the receptionist speaks perfect English and they are very friendly. The room is completely renovated and the kitchen is enough for our stay. We feared bathtub, air aconcicionado, electric radiator and hair dryer. A very good price considering all of the above and we also had breakfast included (quite varied). A success.

The location is great, but the room itself (2-bed apartment) was modest enough: no wardrobe, only a dresser, so had to ask for hangers, the bathroom lacked shelves. The reception is very good, the room is very clean and the room is very clean. The Irish times bar is very audible on the ground floor at night. In the room for 6 days, never cleaned and changed towels.

Cold, cold floor. The rooms are not cleaned, there was no closet in the room, the shelves in the bathroom is not enough. Some of the equipment does not work. Very poor Wi-Fi.

Very convenient location of the hotel, 2 minutes walk from Charles Bridge. We had a two bedroom apartment with a kitchen, the only minus is the mattress on the bed was hard. The rest is fine. Near the exit to street Charles there is a small alcohol market, but the prices are very high.

Excellent location, good breakfast. It is a hostel that has rooms with private bathrooms. Acceptable.

Location can't be beat! Rooms are spacious and staff is helpful.

At first, you might think that you are inside Dracula's castle, even the elevator itself could tell how creepy the place is. Hallways are very dark even at night and you have to look for the switch in order to turn it on and turns off by itself. The 5 star is for its staff, very friendly and accommodating and I think they have the same staff for every shift since the receptionist who checked us in the night on our first day turns out to be the same person preparing our breakfast the next day. The apartments are huge and clean, I was surprised that we got a 2 bedroom apartment and the most amazing part is, this property is at the very center of old town, few minutes walk to the Charles Bridge entrance and the Old Town Square.

Excellent location but but let down in a few areas. The furniture and decor is generally tired with a lot of breakages. Don't plan on getting any quiet before about 1am and getting a wake up call at 6am from what I assume to be cleaners, although they didn't enter our apartment for the 5 days we stayed.

Great central location. Just one block from the public transport and Charles bridge. Awesome helpful staff and super friendly service. Would recommend getting breakfast as it was very tasty and well-priced. The lobby is open 8:30-22:00.

Centrally located, newly furnished apartment and spacious! And I am loving it! Special shout out to the Receptionist and staff ♥️❤️♥️

Better a bench
I found the bed with the broken net and a mattress comparable to that of the Joga, also the room has very windows that let in all the. Street noise below, and to end up under the palace there are two pubs one of which makes loud music until 3am.
I never paid to be so bad.

Place is good, not great. But fits the bill for a very good located apartment.

Arrived at hotel/Hostel. No one answered the door nor the call button. Wtf. Getting a bad vibe from this place. Choosing elsewhere.

Cheap clean and in the center of town, also breakfast is included and it is very good.

In the heart of everything. Super convenient to see all the attractions Prague has to offer. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable of the area and what the city has to offer.

We got a room for three persons in this place for a very good deal. The room and bathroom are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is not bad. I will definitely stay again in this place when I get the chance to visit Prague once again. The reception gave us a key to the front door, and two other keys to enter our room. There are two setbacks that are not the Royal Road Residence’s fault though as they are located on the higher floor. The ground floor and the staircase are too dusty. The elevator is old and creaks when it moves.

This is one of the worst Hostel's have stayed at and is nothing like the photos show. The noise from other rooms and people stumbling in at night was deafening. Breakfast is NOT included. Location is ok but you need 3 different keys just to get into the place. Don't be fooled and book somewhere else people.

We were from 27 to 31 August and we thought it was a great place.

While the rooms themselves are quite spacious (especially the top floor units) and well furnished for a reasonable price, don't go here if you require a reliable internet connection (to keep in touch with family and friends, etc) as the listed Wi-Fi network on their website is very poor and almost unusable. It is a struggle just to keep connected before being disconnected without a warning. That aside, it is an alright hostel located within the tourist district so you are never far from the exciting part of the city. Some rooms overlook the roofs of Prague if you are into having a sweeping view of the region you are staying at.

Great situated holiday apartments, raised Prize (129 euros), free coffee and water, with refrigerator, however pretty loud, especially in the evening.

We decided for our graduation trip (10 persons) for a stay in Prague; This accommodation was one of the highlights. About 115 CHF. It cost us per person, for this money, we had a nice, big hotel that was almost in the Centre. We were not on the bus or tram everything could be easily reached on foot. The breakfast was also included and okay.
Can I only recommend, also suitable for families. Thumbs up.

What an excellent hostel. It was more like an apartment. It was very clean and in a great location. It was walking distance to everything we wanted to see. This place had 2 separate dorms. 1 had 4 beds. The other had 2 beds and it shared a bathroom. It also had free Wi-Fi. I definitely recommend to everyone.

I was with 2 other people. The hostel cost $360 american. And for that we got the best hostel on earth. Seriously. It was TWO floors, and consisted of a queen size bed, two twins, two roll away beds, three nice couches, a tv, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a washer dryer. It's a ten minute walk from Old Town Square, the staff was nice, too. Someone would actually come in and clean up our room everyday. And the breakfast was good, a little better than most other hostels I've been at. I honestly can't imagine that there's a better hostel in all of Prague, so stop looking. If I could give Yans' Residence 100 stars I would, but I guess 5 will have to do.
