Language Barrier Nightmare.
From the moment I arrived at this residence in Prague, communication was a major issue. The staff spoke no English, making it nearly impossible to get basic information or assistance. As a tourist with no knowledge of Czech, I felt completely lost and unwelcome. The host was pleasant and smiling but that didn't help solve our language issues.
Uncomfortable Accommodations.
The lack of air conditioning was a serious problem, especially during the warm summer months. To make matters worse, some apartments were located close to ground level, making it risky to open windows for ventilation due to security concerns. This left guests with the unenviable choice between sweltering heat or potential safety risks.
Shared Facilities and Lack of Privacy.
The shared toilet and kitchen facilities were a major drawback. Not only did this arrangement lack privacy, but it also led to cleanliness issues and inconvenience. The kitchen became a late-night hangout spot for inconsiderate guests who would loudly socialize well past midnight, disrupting others' sleep and peace.
Poor Information and Guidance.
The residence provided little to no explanation of its facilities or how to use them. Guests were left to figure out everything on their own, from operating the garage door to understanding basic amenities. This lack of guidance added unnecessary stress and frustration to the stay.
Overall Negative Experience.

Stayed here for one week and we were happy 😁. Would stay again if I was working in the area.

Not bad, clean, big rooms, but its far away from the city (1 hour) and there is almost zero service for us. The kitchen and the bathrooms and toilets are shared.
