Rented a large appartment for me and my family in november 2022 for May 2023. Everything paid in advance. Reservation cancelled 48 hours before arrival due to over booking. : — (
We were on a family visit to Prague, check-in was fine but when we arrived at the apartment on of the apartment residents proceeded to push my mother in law's bag over, yell abuse and then spat on the ground in front of them. The managers are keen on asking tenants to respect residents areas and charge extra money if a rule is broken. Unfortunately they have now policy when residents are rude to people checking in. Overall has been a horrible experience.

We are a family of five, and we thought the apartment was gorgeous. The pictures were an unjust representation. The building is centrally located and in a walkable area. Also, the management was very communicative. 5/5 recommend.
