Prague Hotels

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. We were especially impressed by the breakfast team — nothing ever ran out, and items were immediately replaced.

Just got home from a lovely 3 night stay at this hotel.
I was quite sceptical with the reviews but it was lovely.
First of all the room. We were in room 104. Budget double.

Nice hotel but I would not say it is a 5*.
Reception staff was ok, they did their job politely. But the maids were not amazing at all, they do not go extra Mike for anything.

Wonderfully comfortable bedrooms with excellent bathroom facilities. Safe and fridge in room. Excellent buffet breakfast served from 7-11am.

This hotel is situated just around a corner from the main square on which everything happens, We even saw some manifestations there (or whatever it was :-) )!
Rooms, amenities, staff… Everything was

A perfect Hotel, perfect central location with many amenities and very helpful and kind staff. Beautiful Hotel, Art Deco Style, comfy beds, clean towels and sheets.

I stayed here for two nights on my way to and back from Vienna and had great rest both of those times.

The hotel was scrupulously clean.
Breakfast was varied and appetising although cooked breakfast wasn’t hot enough.
A minor point (no English Breakfast tea). Take your own.

We have just returned from a 3 night break at this hotel and found all staff to be friendly and helpful, especially Martin and Julia in reception.

Lovely hotel, very clean and all the staff we encountered were pleasant & helpful. The room we had was spacious & had everything we needed.

Premises very clean and modern, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Breakfast was huge (a la carte) and delicious. Buffet was excellent. Laundry available (expensive). They also had an elevator.

Thank you for a lovely stay Luma Terra. The staff were helpful and available 24hrs, there were good services available (a pay coffee station tucked beside reception).

The beds at this hotel are very narrow if you are doing two single beds. I’m a short person but I felt like I was about to fall off the bed if I turned too much.

We stayed for 3 nights in December, my first visit to Prague. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything that you need.

A wonderful hotel, staff very courteous. The rooms were spacious, well kept and cleaned every day. The rooms had tea making facilities and a safe.

We stayed for a week, with a couple of leisure days and then an on-site conference. Our room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Subway to visit old town was very convenient and easy to use.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed in a superior king room which had a HUGE bed (bigger than a king).

A really lovely hotel with a musical vibe, lots of musical equipment and inspiration throughout. The reception team were all great and friendly.

The staff are absolutely amazing friendly personable and really helpful.

The location was incredible, a beautiful 300-year-old building with its trials. We had some issues initially and changed rooms three times.

Great spot, perfect location, about 100m from the old town centre square and astronomical clock, nice and spotlessly clean, all the amenities you need, the shower is Great, bed alittle hard, Good

This is a lovely hotel. In the heart of old town the location is excellent.

I have been wanting to write this review for 2 months now. We 1st stayed here in 2012 before we were married and we returned back for the Christmas market opening.

Although there’s no lobby or reception and everything is managed online, everything went smoothly and we had no difficulties. The team was quick to respond whenever we messaged them.

Very easy, just filled out the needed info on the app beforehand and received the pin before check in time.

I recently stayed at your hotel and wanted to say thank you for a wonderful experience. The location is excellent – very convenient and close to everything I needed.

We stayed for 3 nights, we was greeted by very friendly staff on reception who advised us that the aircon isn't the greatest as they rent the building.

A very nice hotel, perfectly located on the less busy side of the river (which is definitely an advantage), friendly and helpful staff, varied and tasty breakfasts, quite comfortable rooms with very

This location is excellent close to everything we were looking to do, but just off path enough to say away from the insane noise and crowds.

Friendly and polite staff, excellent transport links and good rooms and breakfast.

This is a lovely place to stay in the central part of Prague, which is close to the Old Town and near Prague 2 which has less tourists.

Perfect location right next to the main square and King Wenscelaslas statue. Very spacious, lots of facilities including hobs, cooking, washing facilities and space to order breakfast for the room.

Clean and comfortable room. Parking is expensive but that's what it is to park in a high traffic area, at least the underground parking is secure and in a cool car elevator.

Stayed here for our 4 night stay in Prague. Good area that is 20 min walk to old town. Close enough to all the sights but far enough away that it wasn't filled with other tourists.

Very nice and kind staff, they also have a storage room to leave your baggage if you arrive early or want to get them after checkout. Location is fairly good, close to Metro A and a few tram lines.

Location is very good, personel is helpfully, room is clean. Especially I would like to thank to Mrs. Todora for her diligent work and smiling face.

It was a nice experience. The breakfast was okay and the location is really good. Air Ventilation can be improved.

Modern and clean room. Was worried bout air conditioning but ours was working just fine. Only complaint are the thin pillows. Location was close to transit.

The location is just great, near Namesty Miry, where you have metro, bus and trams. As well coffee shops, bakery, markets and lots of restaurants.
