Best of the best. It always been an beautiful experience. Our presidential sweat was unbelievable. Customer service 100%. I have been staying there every time I do visit
Prague, my home city and country. This place is the hidden jewel of Prague and an amazing hospitality.

This is one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had in my life! Marketa and her team rocks! Marketa upgraded our vacation in so many levels and ways! Definitely coming back to this place again … It's near everything but still quiet and peaceful. Close to public transportation, food markets and restaurants!

Love, love, love this place. It is by far the best hotel/apartment we've stayed in on our 11th of 14 day trip so far. The architecture is wonderful and the updates were fabulous. I highly recommend this residence with trepidation, because I fear the more people who know about this place, the harder it will be to stay here again.

Great rooms and location!

Very near to almost all tourist attractions. Very friendly staff and a stocked kitchen was included. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location. Close to Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. Tram stops in front of the building. HUGE rooms, great staff. When we return to Prague, we will stay here.

Wonderful experience. Very beautiful and spacious rooms, excellent view, and very charming and helpful staff. My family felt very welcome and comfortable staying here. The location is prime; a quick walk up to the castle or tho old town across the St. Charles Bridge (only a few blocks away). The front desk was very quick to assist with recommendations and reservations for local restaurants as well as things to see and do. The rooms/apartments were immaculate and had all the amenities of a modern apartment (Wi-Fi, stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and washer/dryer). The beds were very comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms had both showers and bathtubs with plenty of hot water. Overall, a highly recommended experience!

Reception desk was helpful and friendly. Recommended many places to visit and eat. The rooms are well furnished and he in size with spacious bathrooms and living spaces. It is in a prime location with parking offered for a reasonable price. They make every effort to make you feel welcome, safe and valued.

Perfect place to stay, in the center of Prague and close to the Charles bridge.
The hotel apartment we stay in was perfect, with lot of space and atmosphere. From the apartment we could see St. Nicholas Church. We felt at Home from the start and very wellcome because of the nice people working at the hotel. They helped us carrien our luggages from the car to the hotelroom, very good service and very helpfull. We will certently come back.

Stayed here one night and had a wonderful view and experience. Cooked dinner and ate on the balcony. The manager very very sweet and helpful. Beautiful place.

Very nice rooms and a perfect location.

EXCEPTIONAL! You can NOT beat this location. We have stayed in Prague before on the other side of the bridge, we wanted something new, this place was amazing! Especially if you have never been to Prague, EVERYTHING is in walking distance! And the view, I couldn't stay out of the window! The apartment was gorgeous, modern but with beautiful antique pieces and a jacuzzi bathtub IN THE BEDROOM! The apartment had everything you would need, they even set up a playpen for our infant without us even requesting it! The apartment was very large and roomy. The manager and staff were absolutely exceptional, very accommodating and super friendly! Did I mention the view?!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful manager and staff. The room we stayed in was beautifully furnished and had fantastic panoramic views. The location is perfect. Walking distance from the old town and an earshot from Charles Bridge. Free Wi-Fi is available, and the tram and bus systems stop right outside your door.

Malostranska Residence was the perfect place to stay during our recent trip to Prague. Marketa is the most hospitable host who will go above and beyond to make your stay the best it could possibly be. The hotel itself is gorgeous and luxurious and is located in a safe area that is close to everything you want to see in Prague. We didn't stay, but get to meet the manager and look at some of the room. The staff is amazing, very friendly even when we are not staying there. View there is absolutely amazing.

Marvelous location, splendid interior.

This hotel is of outstanding value, great servise, central area, all is nearby. The apartments are fully equipped, you dont need to even take the stuff from home. I will definitely come there again.
