Perfect place to be in the city centre. Apartment is next to metro station which made our trip much easier. The wine bar close by is also a really nice bonus.

Very simple to collect the keys. Very clear instructions. The property was large, plenty big enough for 2 adults and 3 teenage children. The location was great. All central attractions in walking distance.

Excellent location, within a decent walking distance of most of the main tourist spots in the city. There's also a handy tram stop around the corner.
The apartment itself was spacious and clean — there appeared to be some water damage in the bathroom with the shower, but it wasn't an issue. The two bathrooms — one with a bath, one with a shower — we're great for 4 people sharing the apartment.
The beds were very comfortable — we were dubious about the thin looking duvets, but even when the snow came and it dropped to — 14°C one night, we stayed nice and warm.
The kitchen was nicely stocked with crockery, pans, and cutlery, and there's a handy dishwasher (although we mainly ate out so just hand washed out morning coffee cups).
There is plenty of shelf storage space for clothes, though only one hanging wardrobe, in the lounge.
As we had an early flight and arrived in Prague at about 11am, being able to drop our baggage at the apartment, so we could start exploring, was a godsend!.
The lock on the main door was mildly annoying, needing 5 or 6 full turns of the key to lock/unlock.
Hanging space in the bedrooms would've been handy.
