We found the idea of the botel very nice, in addition because we had a room overlooking the Vltava River. The room was simple and functional. Unfortunately, the rooms are very bright and the breakfast was not very plentiful. The convenient location to the city centre and easy access to the public transport network make it the ideal starting point for a visit to Prague. The price-performance ratio are appropriate for the 3 stars. The staff at the reception was very friendly and accommodating.

Uncomplicated and very friendly reception or check in. There is an ATM, drinks and souvenir shop. Breakfast is sufficient and if necessary you can even make scrambled eggs etc. Rooms are cozy and bed very comfortable. We had a view of the Vltava River and on a large church whose bell-like music plays a melody. On the upper deck you can soak up the sun or relax. Metro and S-Bahn are just 200 metres away. It is 1.9 miles away on foot from the karlsbrécke or old town. In between, there are always direct onthe Vltava, markets for shopping and boats that stand there for drinks and party all year round.

Cheap and fun! Location south of city but great links to centre. Was really enjoyable to stay on a boat.

The location is very good and the staff is very friendly.

I loved this place because it was very clean, great location (only 10 min walk to city centre) and for a hotel on a boat, it has been beautifully adapted. My only downside was that the terrance was not open in March (even if it was warm) and the staff have very limited understanding of English.

Had a 3Bettkabine — small but fine. Neat and clean. The bathroom was just a bit tiny — but had a nice view of Vysehrad and the Vltava River. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast offer plentiful and extensive.

Very nice small little café serving very good quality coffee and a few pastries. The interiors are a bit Scandinavian style. I really recommend it if you don't like busy, crowded places.

Friendly personnel. Reasonable rooms. However we didn't manage to turn the central heating off, and the location is not near the city center.

We had a reservation here, as we were driving from Denmark and ended up artiving early morning all we wished for is to get in and sleep. Unfortunately, nothing worked out as the receptionist didn’t speak any other language than Czech and expected us to understand. We had to pay for parking and wasting our time, were offered to get a room from 11 (though our reservation should have been till 10am) if we pay 2 nights. We got a terrible treatment. Parking, breakfast, tourist tax is not included in the price. I decided to go to the more “expensive” botel nearby, since simply adding the parking fee to the price we’d ebd up paying the same price, this way we got “free breakfast”. I’m very happy that this experience made me discover the nearby botel though.

Gorgeous landscape with the river that I saw sitting in restaurant.

This is my second time here, and the food was much better. I had menu with garlic soup, mashed potatoes with beef and veggies. You enjoy the view here, the food still takes some to serve though.

Price/performance is absolutely unbeatable. However, we changed the room first. Breakfast adequate and the staff very keen to make everything right. Change of money top by day current short.

The place changed name to Prague River Hotel Vodník.

When you want some unconvential accomodatoon in Prague this could be reeally good choice.

Just kept ambience. I rate the food from the kitchen with deficient. The food is served on cold plates. Everything is already cold at the guest. Steak and spaghetti are not recommended. Very tough steak and spaghetti are rather sticky and how tacky. Cabin beds are without suspension and rigorous. 6 cm thin believe, man can feel every bone in his body in the morning. Be praising value is the low price for the cabin. The employees are very friendly. For young people good but nothing for the spoiled sleeper.

Extremely anti-american. Beware of speaking english on the premises. You will be watched and possibly assaulted.
