Proper mid-range hotel. Furnitures at the rooms maybe a little bit old but they are clean, and functioning. Rooms are also pretty clean, and the breakfast is pretty good with wide range of food.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds in a room. As to breakfast quite wide range of choice and scrambled eggs where just delicious.

Fantastic hotel, close to city centre for exploring, close to tram lines. Staff are wonderful and friendly, and the food in the hotel restaurant was fabulous.

The facilities are very spacious the reception area and very good rooms.

I enjoyed my stay here, last December! The staff were friendly and all the facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the lift up to the upper part of the hotel.

Good location only about a 20 min walk into the old town and trams are available nearby if you didn’t want to walk.

Stayed for 4 nights as a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters. The hotel was well located, close to a shopping centre and lots of public transport.

Ibis Mala Strana. It is a good size and has the facilities needed. I wish they had a drinking fountain, otherwise, good. The service was good and I didn’t get the breakfast.

Walking distance to everything you want to see. We had a kitchenette which was convenient. Full sized bath tub. Friendly and helpful staff.

I would rate this experience 9.8/10 because of the red-headed I think kitchen's head chef? She was looking at you the whole time, gaslighting you with her friends and just not nice.

The hotel has an ideal location. You can get from the airport by bus N100, and then by metro to Andel station or directly by bus N191 to the "Na Knizeci" stop.

Had a wonderful 4 nights here. Reid the owner was so helpful when our air bnb was not suitable. Very comfortable beds, spotlessly clean and lots of ideas what to do in the area.

Overall, this place was amazing! it had everything we wanted for our stay in Prague. The location is great, steps from the mall and other restaurants and stores.

Great stay at NH Collection Prague! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very convenient.

From the airport, we got a taxi to the hotel. We went to the reception and the receptionist said we are at the wrong place. There are two hotel worth similar names; NH Collection and NH Prague City.

Decently sized room with a really nice bathroom and super clean. The self check in was really easy, unfortunately the lift was broken but that was fixed very quickly by the next morning.

Everything was perfect and better than expected, from the friendliness of the receptionist to the comfort and convenience of the room. The room was modernly decorated and very comfortable.

The staff were excellent, especially the lady with the long dark hair and the man with short brown hair.

Above par room and service. Highly recommended.!

Friendly staff, good facilities, car park, close to Town centre.

Location and cleaness 10/10. Perfect for a quick stay. The view is gorgeos really.
Only downside is that the check in is in the different building which feels cheap and its annoying if you come late.

25 minutes transfer from the airport and perfectly located.

Absolutely amazing place to stay in Prague. Great size apartment, very clean — immaculate in fact — great location. We were greeted very well on arrival. Cannot recommend enough.

Large bedroom and comfy beds. The breakfast was very good! Great value for money and would definitely come back.

The biggest plus of this hotel were the prices. As a solo traveller, I paid 36 euro per night. The room and bathroom were not the most modern. However, they were clean enough.

We had a great stay at Hotel Libero. The hotel was very clean and the staff were kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the early check-in and the option to leave our luggage.

We were very impressed with deluxe apartment — it was very spacious, with bedroom, kitchenette, lounge area and bathroom downstairs and second bedroom upstairs, so our children had their own room.
