Review of Aaron 3*

This is the worst hotel I have ever been! No mattresses! That's right! All beds are couches reformed with cheap upholstery and full of cushion buttons that hurt the back when you lay down. After some minutes you will end up in a pit — — the foam sucks! Centipedes enter the bathroom everyday! Towels are used — — probably from a better hotel. Once white now it's grey and/or brown full of stains. Disgusting! Shower with plastic curtain and broken nozzle that sprays water everywhere leaving the floor all wet. Dirty old rooms and the kitchen and buffet are terrible. The staff don't speak English and are rude and disrespectful and lie to the owner, who believes them — — what an idiot! The cleaning is done each 3 days and if you don't open the door whenever they appear they throw the new towels to the ground at the door outside the room. The food is kept out of the fridge and served the next day until it rots. The heating is minimal with average 19C even when outside is above zero. If you complain to the owner you will get "you are the only one with this problem". This is not a 3 stars hotel because it lacks all the services required to have that rating. It's a 1 star at most. Specifically it doesn't offer the following services: -Accept credit cards -Offer of sanitary products (e. G. Toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit) -Reception opened 14 hours, accessible by phone 24 hours from inside and outside -Bilingual staff -Three piece suite at the reception, luggage service -Beverage offer in room -Telephone in the room -Internet access in the room or in the public area -Heating facility in the bathroom, hair-dryer, cleansing tissue -Dressing mirror, place to put the luggage/suitcase -Sewing kit, shoe polish utensils, laundry and ironing service -Additional pillow and additional blanket on demand -Systematic complaint management system Also it doesn't offer the following advertised services: -Room service -24-hour front desk -Currency exchange -Ticket service -Luggage storage -ATM/cash machine on site -Babysitting/child services -Ironing service -Safety deposit box -Non-smoking rooms -Facilities for disabled guests -Allergy-free room.
