Staff is too rude wrst behaviour.

Nice hotel. Quite a bit off the beaten path if you're looking to do some sightseeing in Prague. Language is a bit of a hurdle but we managed. Food is pretty good, too. Way better than anything close by.

Nice and clean hotel. Good value at the restaurant. Easy getting in to the city by public transportation.

Best raspberry lemonade I ever had … if only I knew that lemonade these days means sparkling water and squash. Not good at all for the price! Nejlepší malinovka co jsem kdy měla. Akorát jsem nevěděla že pod pojmem Malinovka za 35 korun se myslí voda se šťávou a kouskem pomeranče a mátou.

It is very clean with good bed, excellent bath, and a very tasty breakfast, along with a very tasty restaurant. Staff are also very good and friendly. Everything What hotel must have. Only Wi-Fi is a little bit problem in the rooms.

Value for money OK but no more.

+ Spacious rooms, clean — paid parking, not mention in offer (4* hotel should have park lot included as standard)

Damn! It's 16:40 and they are still doing construction works. We re trying to sleep and they assured as in 15:00 that "in 5 minutes they will stop" We wasted our money, no sleep! If you want to make works-CLOSE DOWN YOUR HOTEL FOR A WEEK and then open again. Have travelled all the world I have never seen such a thing, wow!

All in all a pretty good hotel for couples on a budget. + 5/5 price: (50-60€ per night, twin bed room, breakfast included, on Christmas time) + 5/5 good connections to tram: 6 minutes to centrum (náměstí Republiky) with tram 6 + 4/5 breakfast was good + 4/5 the room was clean enough. + 4/5 the room itself was big enough, the TV had channels in multiple languages, the lighting created a warm atmosphere. + 5/5 friendly staff — hallway looked kind of grubby. For the whole time of our stay there was a gum in form of a penis sticked to the guy on the exit sign, and the carpet was vacuumed, but needed a wash. — you couldn't tune the air conditioner, it was merely possible to turn it on and off. — no sandals provided in the room — the shower temperature varies, when someone else nearby is also taking a shower.

Lifesaver, we got good reception and 2 nice rooms at 4.30 am. Nice place and good breakfast.

Very dirty, I mean the floors were sticky and everywhere there were spots of old dirt. Staff unfriendly and rude. How this place got 4 stars is a wonder.

The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was very good.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only exception: one of the (main) receptionists — the lady is rude, yells at guests, usually disappears in the back rooms, travels the passports in order to scan (! ) …
Otherwise, I am the most commendable — also about DSA's breakfast buffet (despite all the hustle and bustle of the often quite young staff)!

Fresh room, good meals, good staff but having problems with language. Anyway I will come back when I have a chance.

The hotel is well positioned in that is is not in the centre of the city so is therefore cheaper is is also only a 5 minute walk from the metro station. Unfortunately it is far enough away from the city centre that there can be a language barrier. The hotels website states it has English speaking staff however we found this not to be the case, and if exploring the area local to the hotel you'll struggle with the language. The hotel itself is simple, modern and clean. Probably more like 3 stars. It has a very travelodge sort of vibe. There's certainly no luxury. Also the room we had consisted of a bathroom with only a shower. I much prefer a hotel room with both bath and shower however this isn't an issue for everyone. My biggest complaint would be the pillows on the bed, they were so soft that they just went play as soon as you lay on them, this combined with the very firm mattress unfortunately did not make for a good nights sleep. Overall our stay was satisfactory, the hotel is reasonable for the price. I personally wouldn't visit again however this is more due to personal preference rather than there being anything wrong with the hotel itself.

The location was quiet and just a short walk away from shops, restaurants and social spots. The parking security attendants were very kind and helpful, from arrival to departure. The hotel staff was nice. My room was fairly clean but my bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked. The breakfast spread was awesome and delicious. Overall I was very satisfied with my choice of hotels.

This hotel is a little out of the way. The tram is very close and easy to use. Rooms were plain bit clean and large. Breakfast was good. The restaurant serves tasty meals.

Near the incheba expo trade fair, Very good dinner anf breakfast, Clean and nice rooms and floors.

Good hotel for sleeping. Secured garage for 14 €/24h perfectly fine. Those who like breakfast in the morning will not come to his expense.

Overall, we are very satisfied. The room had a comfortable size for 3 people. The service in the restaurant and at the reception has been fitted. Since our room was not ready on arrival, we were offered a drink at the expense of the house. Due to the high number of guests at noon, the only colleague in the restaurant had good to do… Support would have been good. The food choices for breakfast were OK.

The place is very nice and modern, but the staff very grumpy, when you talk to them do not look in your face and do not even make a smile. It seems to be in a concentration camp because they slam your plate in your face. And then cleaning and changing linen very scarce.
I was very disappointed…

位置略偏，房间还可以。但是，狭窄的大堂里会有小偷出没，有人已被偷。热开水要另外交20捷克克朗。Warning! Be care of thief in the hotel reception hall, no doorman or security guy. And it is wired that many lugage and parcels stacked in the hall, making you feel that there would be no thief. A package of a guest was stolen in the evening.

Modern, nice Hotel for an very interesting price. Would stay here again when in Prague.

One of the worse places I've stayed in. The toilet was so disty and smelled so bad, we found a dirty towel and dirty socks under the beds. Stuff was not helpful tryed to blame is and make us pay for old damages in rooms.

Good food. However the staff are Primarily non English speaking, making it exceptionally difficult to get anything done. The maid service personnel just open doors and walk into your room, no knock. Smoking on all floors and near the entrance to the restuarant, making breathing fumes ridiculous. Tiny beds and smaller showers even for average builds. TV service is horrible with all channels catering to everything but English movies or shows.

Was at ng2014. Breakfast is possible. Are cleaned. The staff tries to help. Windows with odnlc side overlook the garbage tipsport arena ice hockey stadium. But you can sleep. Just for tezhe money lived in Warsaw in Radisson. Day and night, the wife was in shock.

The hotel at first glance looks good: well decorated, functional and everything what you can expect from a 4 *, settled into our room, however, have sprung up a few flaws: despite an appropriate time of booking rooms had been prepared on the same evening, after arriving, for 3 or 4 people with cots and uncomfortable, tight spaces and with enough but not 4 *. The main flaw of the hotel was the service innanzututto: too cocky and unwilling to serve. Another drawback is the kitchen: in addition to not being accustomed to the local foods made from garlic, onion or cinnamon, the dishes were quite crude and caused quite a few upset stomach, forcing us to having to eat out every night. Overall rating: poor.

The rooms are a couple; The food is worth it and the service is very poor the waiters are too arrogant. It is not a 4 star hotel.

Very nice hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Great Breakfast on the terrace with a large selection of food. In a quiet area. 7 minutes by tram from the centre. The staff is very pleasant. Speak Russian and just nice to talk to. The next time I go back, only here.
