Quite old Hotel with facilities that do not work at 100, plus scare, it's a gloomy feeling to be there!

Lousy attention from the staff, they yell at you and they're not interested in helping. Beds very hard impossible to rest.

La atención del personal es horrible, no hablan inglés y tratan muy mal a los extranjeros. El hotel tiene 5 pisos y sólo un ascensor. La ubicación del hotel es bastante alejada del centro. La comida esta aceptable. Realmente las 4 estrellas que se supone tiene el hotel, deja bastante que desear en cuanto a la atención hacia sus clientes.
The staff's attention is horrible, they do not speak English and they treat foreigners very badly. The hotel has 5 floors and only one elevator. The location of the hotel is quite far from the center. The food is acceptable. Really the 4 stars that is supposed to have the hotel, leaves a lot to be desired in terms of attention to their customers.

Was here with a tour group. Unfortunately, it was not allowed to choose. The hotel is a nightmare! Dirty (towels, dust everywhere)! You have to get drinks yourself! Buffet mini small, and tasteful underground. Prefer to go to the restaurant next to it and ordered ala kart.! At the hotel itself, nothing is just residential buildings (ugly) and construction site. So if you want to see Prague, you go where else! Here you are a fixed seat in the evening. Apart from a great pleasure to ride on a bus and subway forever.

The Hotel is fine and very modern, but cleanliness and Hygiene is hardly respected. In our room it was dusty and the glasses dirty … traces of lipstick and fingerprints. Central location, a Bus drives well as directly next to the Hotel to the Metro Station. From here to Prague city centre, about 18 minutes (without waiting time).

Very nice accomodation, everything you need is there. Just don't go for a beer at the bar :/

Location Friendly staff, beautiful rooms and tasty food.

The breakfast was incomplete. The electrical output was broken and ready to go off. I left at the morning and when I came back my phone charger was broken.

The hotel is not bad, but 4 stars over-my overpriced. In the rooms there are no bars-refrigerators, breakfast (buffet) Davolno still scarce, several times there were interruptions with hot water.

This is a very good restaurant considering its location so far from the city center and the offer elsewhere in Suchdol! I often had 'svíčková' here and it's delicious.

I was there and this Hotel was the best one that I stayed! Nice wellness and nice staff!

I don't know why the hotel got 4 stars. It is not a hotel but full of internet in the room no, the water is hot through the time, the furniture is tatty. Blankets from the bed, generally taken from the room, was sitting in clothes on the bed linen. About breakfast I generally keep silent, not what variety, one and also every day. And if you, something did not have time to take, the new as accepted in other hotels will not bring. Breakfast is from 7 to 10 hours, but if you come to 9-then do not be surprised, you will not see the breakfast.

Small room but can meet basic need. Nice staff. 30 mins to city centre by bus and metro.

The whole place was a mess…
Tasteless food and we didnt have water to get a shower, all the time its was cold
Also the room was too small for 3 and the beds were so uncomfortable that I got back problem P. S. There wasnt a TV or A/C
I would rather stay outside.

One star means: I would rather literally just stay at home with my family, thank God I had my friends.
The room is tiny, my bed was a plank with two pillows, we had no refrigerator, when we arrived at the hotel we had no hot water after 10 hours on a bus, the stuff here, after I called the reception to complain for the problems in my room, they found it funny and they hang up! Like who does that?
Anyway, the food was raw and tasteless and I would never come here again.

The food: Tasteless. My friend found a bug inside his cornflakes.
The rooms: Really narrow. Without smoke alarm. The only positive was the nice looking bathroom.
The staff: Friendly and well-dressed.
Other: We arrived at the hotel at around 10PM and there was no hot water! After a long trip, a hot bath is essential. … Would never visit again. This is not a 4star hotel. More of a 2 star one.

I found a bug in my food! There was no warm water at all, the rooms were narrow, one of the beds was broken my friend felt like he slept on the concrete, the TV was like a toaster. Also the food was worse than the food in the military. Last but not least there was no fire alarms in my room so if my room were on fire I would probably die before anyone was alarmed.

Very romantic, quiet and cozy room with bathroom shower toilet, phone, TV, floor heating and balcony.

Very good hotel friendly and clean.

Great place with excellent service!

This hotel is clean, friendly staff, good restaurant. No Air conditioning, it can get really hot in the room. Rooms are super simple and depressing. The internet is weak and does not even reach to every room. I give it 2starts just because of the facilities and possibilities that it has. It is a simple hotel, but clean and friendly. The food in their restaurant is good and good value for money. The rooms not so much — not 4 stars! 2-3

I don't know who gave this hotel 4*s. This is definitely not a four star hotel. It is clean, the rooms are small and very very simple. The Internet does not reach all rooms and all parts of the hotel. I had to spend hours in the lobby because I can't reach the network in my room. The people in my group in other rooms had the same problem. They have a good restaurant and the food is average good. But definitely not a four star hotel.

Nice hotel but badly positioned on a housing estate just on the outskirts of prague, pleasant helpful staff and good food, basic food but good… considering the country was communist not so long back they are doing well for the toourist trade, prague lovely lively safe city would recommend it.

Dont understand where all this stars came from? No internet from 2nd floor and above, in my room showe was broken and some strange writings on the wall. Couldnt turn off the light, broken sink. Maintaince very bad so its a 3 star hotel. And the breakfast is bad.

Hotel very far from the city center. Matches a three-star and little more. Strongly discouraged if you do not have a vehicle. Located in the Rue de Chudolské, 5 minutes from a bus terminal. Difficult to find especially when you do not speak Czech. From the city centre, take the Green metro line to DEVIJCKA, then the 107 or 147, or the penultimate station before the terminus. The hotel can on request bring a taxi to the city center against €50 the ride.
Fortunately the young man of the reception contacted by phone in English referred us well. Laborious arrival in a personal car.
Ideal place for the organized trips of the seniors or point of passage for a quiet night with free parking in front of the hotel. Plan a cold meal as a precaution on festive days.
The 512 room with a back view of the hotel was not glamorous for a December 31st especially since the fireworks were visible only on the right side when exiting the elevator, ie by the rooms overlooking the forecourt of the hotel. And yet we had asked for a room with a nice view. Yes, the hotel parking was average. A small shop at the corner of the street and closes at 19:00. You had to shop before going into town if not too late any attraction nearby. But bus stop in front of the hotel.
For meals taken at a la carte restaurant, do not rely on the pictures because most of the menus have nothing to do with the photos. And everything in the picture is not on the menu. With the example of shrimp.

The location is good. The rooms are comfortable. He was with the group of 50 people, living four days. The breakfast buffet was very good. It's just in the hole, the bus parking is very small, far from the center (but it's not a problem if you're on auto).

Very tasty and not expensive dinner (paid town today)

They overbilled us for our group stay — we are now disputing it with the credit card company — overall — poor customer service — very hard to work with… Would not recommend.
