Nice design and huge building, this place is awesome for a short visit in Prague, good location in the city center, close to everything. The breakfast is very good and generous. And the most important, the people working there is nice, polite and cool. I’m here for a week and I feel comfortable.

This place is top notch when it comes Hostels or even hotels. It was clean, modern, comfortable… everything you expect from Hotel but affordable. I would definitely recommend this place and will visit time and time again.

By far the best hostel yet. Just remember to book thru their website because hostel world will charge you over $60. AC, hair dryer, soaps in room. So clean and modern. Easy to communicate staff and restaurant and bar are open late.

Why can't I put 6 stars out of 5? We stayed 5 nights is this awesome place with a friend, by far the best hotel I ever slept in. And that's cheap! Clean, modern, nice people, great place, nice location. I'll be back with every person I know to show them how great this place is! Go fro it without a doubt guys.

Mosaic hostel should be renamed to hotel. The rooms were ok. Air-conditioning was there which is not there is most of the other hostels. Super expensive compared to other hostels. Once we check in, everything from breakfast, lockers, towels are extra cost. People don't socialize much. They have a boring music lounge where grannies were dancing. As a traveler who seeks fun especially for a city like Prague, don't go here.

Do not stay here. It's not a hostel at all. It used to be a hotel, and then each room was converted into dorm rooms by adding bunk beds in each room. I have stayed in so much better hostels where you socialize with other people. The living room and kitchen is not even the same building. You have to leave the hostel and have to go two doors down the street to access the kitchen.

It's a great exterior. Close U Fleku.

Superb 4 star hotel! A bit pricey for Prague but at the level of the quality of the services I recommended strongly.

Excellent service and beautiful interiors. The mingle hostel kitchen is poorly equipped — not suitable for anything other than a tea or takeaway food. Overall I had a good time.

Very curious place, mini square with mushrooms, characters hanging from the electric wires and a big big fly at the top of a façade. Unusual!

The hotel is relatively not far from the train station. You can walk, the truth with a suitcase is not very convenient, T. K. Everywhere paving stones. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where loud live music plays. It's very crowded here. The room was very nice and the breakfast was good.
The room for two is not big, but there are all the essentials. Clean. There is a balcony.
The highlight of the room is the glass in the bathroom which is made matte and opaque.

Very high quality gastronomy and cozy. For me personally a little too bright but that is really personal sensation. The prices are moderate the audience rather very young. That was also the reason why I didn't stay long. But highly recommended for younger audiences.

Every month I come to Prague and stay here at MOSAIC for 3 nights and I love it! The Soul of the place… the art, the vibe, the people and the idea of Green Technology is something that makes this place different from other places. If you want to experience something unconventional — go to MOSAIC.

Modern budget hotel like bunk bed dorm concept. Central heating or cooling provided so no worries on the temperature inside. Bed linen is soft and nice. Overall good concept for dorm hostel like out there.

The Hostel is very nice and clean but the room is very basic. For valuables There is a locker to be paid aside.

Great Breakfast, rooms (4-bed) are adequately equipped with a spacious bathroom, the staff were friendly and quick to help with problems. At the hotel you can change and withdraw money from vending machines.

This hostel is really nice. We came at 3am and there were no any problems to register there. We took a 4bed room. It was super clean, all bed sheets were new and the bathroom was really huge. Wifi also worked perfect and fast, even though we were on the 5th floor. Would definitely stay there again next time.

This review is for the bar only, it took awhile for the bartender to acknowledge I was seated. I am staying around the corner and was told by a friend in Vancouver this was a must do in my list of things as I am traveling alone and would love to meet people! I tried starting conversations a couple of times. Even with the bartender. No dice, as I am Canadian maybe I’m just too nice!

The location is super good. The hotel has vibe and young people x everywhere. I stayed in the apartments that they have in front and they are super good. Besides, there's everything around. Great!

I tried the hotel part and I have to say really pretty good. Sixth floor with view of the city and modern room. Despite the hostel on the upper floors, we slept in the most total peace. Excellent reception, Sofia and Jacob super available and knowledgeable about Prague's attractions.

I was pretty pleased with my stay! The room had an excellent view of prague and was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the staff was so friendly and accommodating! The property was also super close to the city centre and walking distance from good sites. Would recommend to others.

By far the nicest hostel I have stayed. Basically you feel like it's a nice hotel room shared with strangers. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The bar is a fun place to meet people. The upscale nature of it makes for a more sophisticated crowd of travelers but being Prague it's people willing to explore culture by day and party hard by night.

Amazing hostel to stay. Big and clean room. Most of the staffs are amazing and friendly, except for few ones. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because it's a party hostel with a bar upstairs, drunk people come in the middle of the night so dont expect to get a good sleep. And to add on, the cleaning lady came at 7am and 8am to clean the beds — WHY? Checkout is not until like 10 or 11? It would've been great it they were more respectful of the guests sleeping.

Place very well located between old and new city. Very good reception and shared room with 4 girlfriends, convenient, bright, well equipped (towels, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel) lockable and with hangers, cupboards and safe. Perfect!

Unusual sculptures in unusual places. For example, hanging on the umbrella of a woman (at the level 4-5 floor of the house). Street lamps in the form of huge mushroom-trash. Unusual, creative.

We had dinner at the restaurant, it's called La Loca.
The food was excellent and the service very friendly. Full portions and adjusted prices. The very large and modern place.

Amazing place to stay. Very close from the center of the city and easily accessible to public transport. The rooms are really nice and well maintained. It’s a very safe place for staying. The bar downstairs is the cherry on the cake for your stay.

I stayed at the property for 4 nights.
Great cleanliness in the room. Very professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast with a big choice between sweet and savory. Bar with live music, the problem is that being under the parties was always closed for private events. One evening I was able to enjoy a bit of relaxation and listen to some music. Excellent cocktails at a slightly lower price than Italy.
Environment for young people. Highly recommended!

The Hostel is very comfortable and stylish, close to the center about 1 km, you can also book as a double or quadruple room and also speak Italian. Recommended.

A warm place with friendly English speaking staff. It's a short distance from most places in Prague. The tram stop is nearby. The hotel offers near a clean rooms n buffet breakfast. Karoke, quiz, movie shows are in the evening. I loved the place also for it's design sensibilities. Don't miss out on the local guide map available at the reception that helps explore the city like a local.

Superb hotel located in the city center the Clean room, high technical decorations, luxury bathroom.
Smoking area in front with seat, room to charge laptops with free sofa and Wi-Fi, fast and walk perfectly!
Nightclub with music year 80 90 when we were but it changes regularly! Great room and restaurant breakfast, grocery next door.
In short we loved it, everything was perfect!
The more the ambiance with all ages suitable for children or elderly we were all blends too cool!

I was there for four nights in the Oasis (female only) room. Bad experience with the staff. As soon as I started to check in, the man behind the counter spoke condescendingly to me and the woman swore right in front of me too. This is within my first five minutes inside this establishment. Following that, someone else had already occupied the bed I was allotted so I spoke to the same woman who assured me she would assign me another bed for my stay. Alas, the next day when I got back from traveling late at night, someone else had occupied that bed too. When I went to the counter, they told me that my assigned bed hadn’t been changed by the woman so there was a mix up. I had to change beds again. Furthermore, two of the nights, there were extremely loud parties and sometimes girls (who may have drunk too much) made a lot of noise late into the night (3am). Also, the last night my room card stopped working for which I again had to speak to the personnel at the counter. Pros — good location. The common room is good for a party scene. Most of the girls were really nice. Clean. Great price.

Beautiful modern hotel centrally located. Very friendly staff, quiet beautiful rooms, large bathroom. Good rich breakfast. Metro and tram 2 minutes walk away, Minimarkets just outside the door. Food and beverage vending machine, as well as ATM in the lobby. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back!

Really good breakfast for $235 ch. Service in the bar was disappointing. Our room was clean and modern but a little on the tight side.

I had a great experience here, a nice hotel divided between hostel and hotel, nice rooms and quite spacious, spotlessly clean and as they tell extremely ecological, the price is not very high and the location is great to reach various places, also They pass a lot of trams, there are rethes etc. In the evening there are also on the ground floor (where there are restaurant and pubs) of the shows or music (which however do not disturb in the room, since they are soundproof rooms)

Lively hotel in a good location. Was really surprised by the high quality of the rooms. Breakfast was a good selection of items and nice coffee. Although it could be loud in the bar area, it was silent in my room.

I love this hostel! I was in an 8 person mixef room with an ensuite bathroom. Staff was informative and accommodating to my needs. I was a little scared about it being a party hostel but it was perfect! My room was right in front of the entrance on the first floor but I still slept like a baby! It's good for people traveling alone or with another person. I wish all hostels were as clean as this one… the bathrooms were amazing! I will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic hotel. Clean and slick, this place will get you the rest that you deserve, rooms are moderns, the rainy shower feels like a god is washing you, also the bar/restaurant cannot be cooler than they are. Service is great, nothing to complain. Had a absolute blast each time I visit mosaic, will recommend and come back!

Updated: When I tried to check out of the room, staff were actually pretty understanding. They ended up offering me a room upgrade, instead of a refund. All I can say is that the upgraded rooms are a world away! While the shared (6 person) space was like a disgusting dorm room, the 4 person space I ended up in was recently remodelled, modern, and clean — and even had locking charging shelves for your phone, as well as under bed security drawers. I'm still only giving two stars, because I feel their adverts are misleading (they definitely show only upgraded spaces in their photos), and also because they charge extra for every possible thing (towels, locks, etc — and the "continental" breakfast costs €8). It also seems like kind of a party place. — — — — — — The room I was checked into is filthy. It smells like stale feet, and there was a partially used water bottle tucked into my (supposedly clean) bed; moldy food, drinks, and clothes spread everywhere — someone's dirty underwear in the trash can, and the wall beside the bed is literally smeared with handprints in a mysterious white substance. I booked it as an emergency place to stay, since I am stranded in the city overnight — and it's so disgusting, I'm leaving and finding a hotel.

Lovely designed place for everyone! From students to have parties to just married couple enjoying a honeymoon! We had a 4 night stay in this charming place, designed rooms, ecologic and fun gadgets. Staff is always welcomming and very helpful. The location is perfect, allowing to go to old town or city center in a 10 minutes walk, you can even rent a bike or book a shuttle to the airport. Subway very close, shops, restaurants and groceries in the nearby. We had a perfect stay at Mosaic House, We fully enjoyed the city thanks to them!

Greatttt! More fancy than any hotel I have ever been at, and at a decent price. They have a great location and a bar (but why go outside to the grocery, buy a sixer and walk down the street and drink them, it's allowed here) Reception was very helpful when looking for trains to get to our next location.

This hotel really conveys the spirit of Prague — young people having fun! When I entered my room the first evening, I was greeted from the window with a marvelous view of the Castle lit-up in warm, golden light. It was a memorable sight, to say the least — so beautiful! The room was coolly decorated with unique wall designs. The bar next to the lobby was fun, and I recommend the Jägermeister shots! And they had some good live music going on, which was cool. Another thing I recommend is taking the walking tour of the city in the morning. I found this very informative, and in two hours I learned a lot about Prague. I highly recommend this cute, special hotel!

Also a room of be where you can see matches of soccer or things so. Good location, walking 10 minutes from the tourist centre. He would definitely come back!

Super cool hostel, 15' walking distance to the Old Town Square. Both facilities and staff are great, and the shared dorms are conveniently priced.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city and is very modern. It has a club on the ground floor which is nice for the week-end nights. Also the breakfast is delicious and there are lots of options. The room was clean and modern. The bathrooms are from a different century. Definitely worth the money (I paid around 100Euros/night for a double room).

Hardly any dinner, small rooms and antisocial controls. Anyone who is a vegetarian, Vegan, or Muslim, get there barely eat. Breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere in the Evening is good.

Warning rellativ spontaneously for 5 days. Were very satisfied. Looks very nice, is more party & buffet Breakfast in the lobby, nice large bathroom and good room.

Pros: Very clean facility, they have Wi-Fi, nice bathrooms, nice common lounge. The staff was nice and helpful. Cons: The air conditioning wasn't working during my two night stay. There were 6 beds in our room, the bed that I stayed in did not have access to a power outlet, therefore I couldn't charge my cell phone during the night if I wanted to keep my phone nearby; the power outlet was hidden on the side and was even with the bed and was therefore not accessible unless I moved the whole bunk bed and move the stranger's bed below mine. The lack of air conditioning and lack of accessible power outlets made this an unpleasant stay for me.

I was there with my buddies to party tour and was really not disappointed. For the little money such a great room and is the Hotel still in the city centre. Just the Hammer. Unfortunately you could in the rooms the Windows do not open. But otherwise, everything was tip top.

Has everything, area concerts, breakfast superb, clean, modern rooms with magnificent views, well located. They gave us a room special at the same price because it was the birthday of one person in the group. I recommend it if you're going to Prague.

Hostel is nicely situated and has very nice bathrooms. But compared to all the other hostels I've been the room (6 beds) was very narrow. And in the second night they played very loud music in their bar. We could still hear it in our room on 1st floor.

I was in prague with my friends, I know this is a nice hotell, nice bathrooms and nice looking rooms! So I was very happy at first when I got there! Later when we was going out for the night I left my sellphone on the room because I didn't want it to get stolen! When I get back it is gone. I tell the reception that my phone is missing from my room and me and my friends are the only ones with keycards to it and they where all with me! They said they dont know who stole it and they didn't believe me! I asked to see the cameras from the hallways outside our room. They would not allow me to see. We later found out that anybody could get a key to any hotellroom by just simply ask in the reception! No ID or evidence, you just ask for the keycard and you have it! Really bad organized, The same night somebody on my floor had been playing with tear gas over the whole hotell. So noone of us could breathe! We had to go outside coughing the whole night! We got no compensation at all. We had a deposit of 120 euros put in for our rooms incase something would be bad taken care of. We didn't get ours back! They said we had cut holes with knives in our mattresses, 3 of them! We asked to see the mattresses live in our room so we could confirm they weren't tricking us! We where only able to see pictures of it, I am 100% posetive that I did not take a knife and ripped up 3 of our mattresses, neither my friends. I will never recomend this hotell to anyone!

We arrived to Prague in overnight train at 6 am and had a hard time to find available hostel or hotel within reasonable distance. Walk from train station was less than 10 minutes, and even though we weren't able to check in in our room right away, we left our bags in the lockers and went to explore the city. Hostel is located within the walking distance from Old Town and was very reasonable price-wise. Upon our return in the afternoon, I was surprised how easy it was to get keys to our room which was located on the 3rd floor, away from the noise. Our room was clean, warm and exceeds all expectations. Breakfast was good and healthy, they even had a coffee pot with regular dark roast brew. Staff was very helpful and friendly, we had absolutely amazing stay and will definitely return.

Located close enough to the city center and is connected mllto well with the bus network. For the kids is great, music, from what I saw, every night and packed with people. Great service.

Good facilities, particularly the washrooms. The service is pretty friendly and helpful. And the location is actually quite nice. One can take a nice stroll along the river to the old town, which takes only about 10 — 15 minutes. One star down for the lockers in the dorm room for there aren't enough in the room with 26 people, also you will have to prepare your own locks, which wasn't indicated in the info (at least not the ones I read). Another star taken for the soundproof. Because there is a bar in house, which is of course great for people who like to have a drink and fun, but for the ones who live right underneath or somewhere near the pub, it can be rather noisy and challenging for they don't turn the volume down even after 1 a. M. So bring your own lock and ear plugs.
