A new, quiete, clean and good ubicated hotel in down town Prag with spacious and modern rooms. But: I arrived at 21:00 on my 50th birthday after 8h driving and they didn't find my reservation. I was writing 2 mails before to ask about a restaurant to make a reservation. The didn't answer, but they've seen at least one message. Finally I've got a room: no sofa, no king size bed, no view (only inside to the lobby, no daylight, but spacious), no carpet, no board or something to put my stuff in the bathroom — I've just payed and booked a Deluxe Double Room and they told me there are no more rooms available, but it was still possible to book a room online. They told me too it would be now to late to get a table in a restaurant and they'll close at 22:30. Maybe I could get a panini (to sell their own stuff) or something at the chinese restaurant. What? We went out down the street and found to a lot of restaurants and still serving around 24:00. So I've got a nice dinner in a nice restaurant. I don't know whats wrong with the reception. It was my 50th birthday and it seems they didn't want me to spent it nice. But the hotel itself is a good choice in down town Praga.

This Hotel has just openend his doors at oktober First. A 3*** hotel with very friendly people, great rooms and a very good breakfast. The location is about 15 min walk from the center. If you are in Prague I would ceirtanly accommudate this Hotel.

Very nice and quite place. I'm sure that when I will come back to Prague I stay in this hotel… Strongly recommend!

The hotel is located above Wenceslas Square. The latter can be reached after about 5 minutes on foot.
Very clean and nice hotel.
They are concerned for the guests.
The underground car park costs 22€/day.
Breakfast is adequate.
Coffee comes from a "WMF" machine.
You should be in the breakfast room about half a nine, because this one is quite small.
Payment is made with a card or cash.
In doing so, the hotel applies its own conversion rate to which does deviate from the official.
I didn't think that was so good.
Otherwise, gladly again.

Spacious apartments, feels like home, easy walk to main sightseeing places, but a bit close to red light district.

Stayed here in April for 3 nights with two friends, could not fault it one bit. Location is superb, being a few minutes away from Wenceslas Square with easy access to shops etc if you go the other way, would not hesitate to book again. We saw three different members of staff on the front desk during our comings and goings at various times of the day, and all were helpful, friendly and courteous.

Nice hotel/appartements. Good starting point to explore the town.

Clean, large room. Breakfast: sausage, cheese, egg, various breads. Coffee. Well.

One of the best hotels in Czech Republic. Service Kitchen Bar Reception concierge. A very good Frühstuecksbuffet. The rooms are very well equipped. Bathrooms are great set up. There is CCTV around in the hallways and in the Fahrstuehlen. This ensures security. Good food and beverage menu. Great service also from 11 pm and a constantly striving service.

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is varied, but what impress me the most is the staff. Thank you specially to Philip in the front desk for a warm treatment at all times.

It is really perfect there. The people there are so nice and friendly, they even helped me with a problem. The bedrooms are also nice. But the staff are really really friendly.

+: I really liked that the kitchen had a complete set of dishes-frying pans, pots, colander, 4 plates of different sizes, cups for tea and coffee, knives, forks, corkscrew, different shovels, toaster, kettle, microwave, coffee machine for ground coffees, refrigerator, Dishwasher, iron, hair dryer. In addition to the huge bed was a couch on which it is convenient to drink coffee, T. K. Opposite it is a TV with Russian channels and a coffee table. Still pleased with the scale-useful to those who are watching the figure. A huge bathroom with a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. The floor sink a pile of drawers and lockers. Still in the bathroom there was a huge heated towel rail electric-it was convenient to dry things and towels. The cleaning was every three days, which was warned at arrival, but the garbage was taken away daily. You can wash things in one and three washing machines, which are on each floor. Capsule for washing-10 CZK at the reception. The only… We had breakfast in the apartments, because there was a kitchen and everything needed. Food was bought in shops, which are 30 meters from the hotel. We loved it. Now this hotel on our list of favorites.
-: The ironing board that lay under the bed was dusty. The ventilation at night was cold air. It was pretty cool.

Great experience! The staff was really professional, really nice, always here to help. The suite was big, and well equipped. Plus, it is really well located in Downtown Prague. I would love to go back!

Great and cozy place for longer stay. Close to downtown. Parking in garage is a pain in the as, but rest is very good. I recomend.

Spacious and comfortable, access control management, stroll to the old City attractions and river bank, from Vazhrav Square shopping is also very convenient.

Very nice location, close to everything, clean apartment with nice decor and good parking space in garage below the hotel. We brought our small dog no problem but the extra charge was double what we normally pay, Maimaison charge 21 euro a day, which is to much otherwise very nice hotel apartments with 24 our security.

Finally a hotel for me. I could live here. the rooms are huge and very well kept. The bathrooms are beautiful. The staff is the friendliest. Coupled with its location near the metro and also including an underground garage, this is the complete package.

Apartment/hotel was great! Stayed there for 7 nights. Location was convenient and quiet. Pretty close to everything. Would recommend the place.

Nice apartments with Continental breakfast every morning. You have kitchen in every apartment, refrigerator and microwave oven. No lunch or dinner served here. But lots of good restaurants are at walking distance.

Outdated decor, not particularly clean, and less than pleasant staff on daytime weekday shifts. Incredible price, but comes with a steep trade off in service/comfort.
