We have stayed here for 4 nights and check out tomorrow. We have had a fabulous stay here for our first trip to Prague. Clean, friendly, great location, awesome hot shower and the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Will definitely stay here again and as I am a travel consultant happy to recommend this hotel for any clients I have going to Prague.

Nice clean rooms and good service.

Location of the hotel is very nice, nearest to supermarket, Tram station and 10 mins walking distance from old town square. Rooms were huge and clean decorated with comfy interiors. Breakfast spread was nice as well. Staff was very attentive and happy to help you each and every time.

Overall good hotel, with comfortable rooms, cozy garden and good service. The elevators are not ver thought through because they stop between the floors, and you have to walk at least one ladder up or down, and eventually carry the luggage. The breakfast was okish but the juice they serve is terribly thinned out by water. It lies about 30 minutes walking time from the downtown. Maybe 15 minutes driving or with public transport. The price is quite high, as anything in Prague.

Kind staff even at 01:30 AM receptionist recieved us very politely. Rooms are big and comfy.

The hotel very well, functional and relatively close to the center, the reception guy very friendly and helpful, but the girl a horror, has no interest in helping you or giving you information.

Clean, comfortable beds, the staff is very attentive. 10 minutes from downtown. It has a mobile phone with internet and unlimited calls that you can get out of the hotel. It has no restaurant and is not wheelchair-adapted.

Very charming Hotel, outside the tourist area of Prague, but less than fifteen minutes walk from it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Gluten free option, with prior notice. Very good breakfast, no repeat or salty or sweet any of the four days we were staying. The price-quality ratio is great.

We stayed at the Hotel noir for a 3 day Prague trip. The hotel is very central, but you should not be completely lazy, until Wenceslas Square you need about 10-15 min Depending on the traffic light. The rooms were perfect for our feeling. They do not correspond to a German 4 star standard but are very clean, modern and well equipped. Everything seems very new only unfortunately not high quality (Abgeplatze varnishes on the pieces of furniture, wobbly flowing in the bathroom). Breakfast is good but nothing special. Everything important is abundant. It resembles the typical breakfast offered in hotel chains. The service was perfect. The English speaking reception was 24/7 staff and very friendly. The car park (fee-paying) in the courtyard is permanently closed with a metal gate. You only get to the hotel when you ring. All in one a good city hotel!

The hotel is beautiful, very well located in the city of Prague and the staff is welcoming and friendly.
The hotel is modern, classy and the room we had booked (classic room) was very pretty and as a bonus we had been entitled to a kingsize bed!
The breakfast is varied and changes every day.

Very good hotel, very friendly reception people, have printed our boarding passes at no extra cost and even on the last day as we marched before breakfast hours, we had a picnic to go. The center of Prague is really two kilometers walk, we have not used any means of transport, we were always walking. There is stuck a supermarket with good prices, even coffee machine. Five minutes away, there's a McDonald's and a KFC. The hotel clean and the breakfast great, had a little bit of everything: juices, hot drinks, pastries, various types of bread mold and fresh, sausage, boiled egg… would certainly repeat.

Excellent service. Modern and stylish rooms. 20 minutes walk from the center where all the tourist charm is. Close to metro and tram stop. The buffet and the lounge for breakfast is very small.

Comfortable hotel with clean and tidy rooms with TV and minibar. Staff very friendly and friendly and always helpful.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful.

First impression was really good, member of staff was very friendly. Room seemed nice to start with, but on closer inspection we found lots of stains and marks on carpets and walls. We had a top floor room and shower was on the angled part of the wall. This was not practical, especially when there was someone over 6 foot who needed to use it. The folder in our room told us we had a variation of TV channels in English, but they all had no signal apart from 1 retro music channel. Breakfast was limited and not so good tasting. Also crammed everyone into a small area which could not even fit half of the guests in the hotel. Overall staff friendly, good customer service, reasonably priced, 2 star standard of room, poor breakfast.

Nice hotel. The rooms are not perfectly clean and not svezhajshely refurbished but produce a favorable impression. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff.
Location.

A wonderful accommodation option! Subway at the next intersection. Tram through the intersection. Prague Square is a five minute walk from the hotel under the hill. The room is big and bright. The windows are simply super, double, no effort, no locking frames, nevertheless provide almost complete sound insulation from the street noise-hence the delight! The Russian channels are, just their (channels) a lot and to find it is necessary to look over longer. Staff +, breakfast +, patio +.
