Great room lovely staff definately would stay here again.

Nice place to stay just a night, or several. The rooms are very comfortable, not a luxury but very fine for the price.

Great hotel. Large rooms. TV a bit crappy but didn't really use anyway. Central location.

Good location near Ait — and Neustadt, u — and tram 5 min away. At breakfast a bit hectic and tight.

Hotel is nice. There is no bar or restaurant for dinner (even though it says there is on their website) if u want to eat in and its a good hour walk to centre. Upon checkout u are charged €2 per coffee u drink not €2 per tray as it says on price list. Nice stay ruined by horrible manageress and pouty receptionist. Shame really would never stay here again.

Very kind staff, good beds (unless you prefer soft beds) not noisy, basic but tasty breakfast.

It's a nice hotel. Very close to the historic center. All the sights are nearby. It's a great place. Recommend. Clean. Breakfasts are delicious. The staff are friendly. It is quite possible to come back here if I think again to Prague.

Hotel nice and clean we are in a 2 bedroom suite only problem was when we got here late at night had to pay 1500 kurona in case we wanted to use coffee or mini bar which we won't use so I hope we get the money back at end of our trip and thought there would be a bar as was told there would be to relax in evening but got there to be told no bar and not much open outside locally, apart from that the hotel itself is nice.

They take a deposit of 50 euros. Rooms are decent, drinks in the room are paid. There's a kettle in the room. There is a patio for smoking. The reception is not Russian-speaking. If the room window overlooks the kitchen — all the smells in the morning in your room. They lived on the 1st floor. You can hear the ventilation system in the yard. In the shower dispenser with liquid soap, for a week of stay (summer, heat) never milked. At the end of the stay washed in pieces. Breakfasts are normal. But there's more range in the nearby Luis Leger.

Great place to stay for leisure or business. From desk reception to check out, service was outstanding. I got early to check in and they offered me to keep the luggage. Prague is a wonderful city to walk by, so from the hotel, you are at 15 min from the Wenceslas park and 5 more from the astronomical clock. In weekends those places are crowded in summer, full of life. The rooms are very big and the architecture is classic. Very comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms are very big. Bed linen is so comfortable I almost stayed there the whole morning. Great place to come again. Thanks to the great people that attended me in Amigo City Centre Hotel.

Very great and clean place, everyday checking and arranging the room. Peacfull and the hotel didn't do any trouble for us. 7 minutes from IP pavlova, restaurants, a supermarket and lots of minimarkets around.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The bathroom in the small room was very comfortable and comfortable.

The hotel was very good. Very poor staff. They charged Me more than I had hired in the reserve and do not strive anything to speak in English slowly, much less in Spanish. Very stupid.

I booked on the internet, and I was satisfied, cleanliness price and good quality, I wanted to try also breakfast I would say good and cost not excessive, courtesy and good availability, by the way also fell my birthday and for the occasion in the room I Found a small present, a very kind gesture! 20 minutes walk from the old town. I recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. I've been there for four nights, slept in room with no window cause they had put a plastic panel on it and mind the view above that we had builders every morning at 7.00am. Which would be great if I had gone there for business trip so I wouldn't need alarm clock cause they made sure you were awake at that time. Reception poker face guy took from card 50 euros as deposit he said (never saw that notice anywhere in the hotel rules) which I fortunately took back after almost 3 weeks and 2 phone calls (the woman I spoke with was very polite and helpfull). Rooms where very dusty and to my unfortunate stay I accidentally spilled coffee on sheets and pillow case and were never changed despite the fact we left them together so that cleaner will see, she did though made the bed with the same covrs. Common areas where moped daily but then again I did pumped to the bucket of the dirty water and got wet when I called the elevator cause they found it convenient to left it in it as it helped them. Overall awful, I wouldn't go there again even if they offered the stay for free!

Belong to the longer hotel, the service is kind, the room is also able, the price is medium. The door can park the hotel exclusive. About 10 minutes from the city center, which is also convenient, there are no restaurants or shops nearby. Most of them are hotels.

This is not a 4*more like 2* the TV is more like something you would of seen in the 80s they take a room deposit of 50 euros but when you check your bank they have taken room yes you do get this back but that's not the point will not be returning to this place.

Good hotel clean amd comfy. Bed mattrass are a bit hard. Close to main attractions.

Hotel more than clean in downtown. 20 minutes walk from the old Town (well connected by public transport) from the new part. Friendly and helpful staff in respect to the habits of Prague.

This hotel is 30 mins walk from Prague city centre. It is very comfortable and staffed by friendly people. The "apartment" comprised 2 rooms and bathroom. Very well equipped, comfortable beds and quiet despite the busy streets outside. Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of choice. Excellent value for money.

I've never seen such a miserable settlement before! Cancelling the booking was much more expensive than if we had arrived and had paid regular! Impossible Communication!

It is beautiful and nice hotel near to the city centre of Prague. It is also so classical hotel but very clean.

Very elegant hotel situated in a convenient part of the city with good connection to the train station, airport and metro stations. Breakfast was amazing, totally worth the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

Located near the metro and tram. Hotel correct put a bit noisy if room overlooking the street.

Good and centrally located hotel. In the street, there are several restaurants with good offers. The rooms are a little small and it must optimize for two already. We had a room facing the courtyard and was very quiet. True the breakfast abundant and sufficient.
What did not like me, was the fact that I had to pay 200 kroons for approx. 6 packaged coffee in the room. An info nor the reception has pointed out.

We were with a tour group in Prague. The Hotel is located fairly Central and is easy to reach. The rooms are clean but very cramped. Also storage space is scarce. Coat for jacket and coat are missing, so you have his things in the short wardrobe hanging. When checking in a Deposit of€ 20 per Person is required. The staff here was with the execution of 50 people is totally overwhelmed. At departure we needed a good hour to each of his money back had. For groups not suitable, the also the Breakfast room is so tight that a Busgruppe bad at the same time can eat. In room 255 went in the bathroom no ventilation. Hotel very clean and quiet.
Only minus the breakfast which is not at all pleasing to the Italians only salty food and coffee watery.
Taking two metro you can easily reach the old town where there is the clock.

Clean, pleasant, but due to the proximity of the Central street is very noisy day and night. Breakfast in the restaurant is monotonous, but always clean and tidy, the waiters try to help with the places, if not enough. The receptionist are all very helpful and patient, trying to help. Very convenient to get from the hotel to the city. 5-7 min. To the metro or the tram and 10-15 minutes to the old town.

Overall good but issues with air con.
