Very nice and clean Hotel
directly in the city centre to the Charles bridge and walk just a few minutes
very friendly reception
we have nothing to complain about and will gladly come again.

The location is very convenient for touring the most of attraction places because the tram station is just in front of the hotel and many tram routs are available. However, the shower booth is too narrow to take a shower.

No air conditioning which makes it unbearable during summer. No parking. I asked for late check out during reservation but when I arrived I couldn't get it. The only good aspect about it is the location, that's why it gets 2 stars and not 1.

We were a small group of friends that spend one night at the hotel. The location is really great, and gave us the option to walk to all the important places in Prague. While the room was clean and quite spacious, it had no aircondition, only two floor standing fans, where one of them were broken, and didn't get fixed even though we mentioned to the staff. The breakfast was fine, but we had to wait to sit, because they didn't have much room for all their guests?! The parking associated with the hotel was pretty expensive, 18€ per night.

No a/c, which did make it less than desirable, even in the early spring. Great service, rooms are kind of small. Trolly stop right outside the entrance, and right down the street from the church that houses the infent of prague. Breakfast was on point! And open late, which was very nice.

Staff are attentive and helpful. Possibility to book excursions on site. You also have the possibility to drop off your suitcases in a dedicated room in case of arriving early or late departure in the day.

Beautiful hotel in the style of a royal residence, which was lavishly restored. The rooms are of a style of "old" design but not outdated. It was all clean and nicely done. The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious.
It is possible to use a nearby and supervised private car park for a small surcharge. Nearby is a beautiful park and the Charles Bridge.

Nice hotel in location easy to get to. Clean and friendly and helpful staff with every request. They also make currency exchange without commission. Recommend staying at this hotel.

First night in Prague unforgettable breakfast.

Clean rooms, nice staff, perfect breakfast. The bed and the pillows were very uncomfortable.

If you want a room to sleep and wash then this would be fine. Our room was the size of a New York hotel room (the smallest one I think). But others are bigger. Breakfast is continental style consisting of both hot and cold food, good value for money. Staff friendly and approachable. Beds comfortable but quilts are two singles on a double bed which is the only let down. If you don't want 5 star but clean affordable quiet within walking distance to tourist attractions this is worth a visit.

Old building with cozy rooms, beautiful staircases and doors, creaking floors and wooden Windows and finally defines the center of the old town and this is the value of being in it. The location of the hotel is ideal for Hiking, and for fast movement near the tram stop. We were very pleased and administrators at the front Desk, ''yasnyaesh all that ask. When I'm in Prague I'll stay in this hotel!

The hotel is in a perfect location between old town and hill, in a slightly less-touristy area, ideal to reach all points of interest. Very close to a tram station. The building has interesting decorations, in particular in the entrance hall and the breakfast room. Our room, on the third floor, was adequately spacious, clean, and well furnished (hairdryer, soap and shampoo in large dispensers). Good breakfast, very kind staff.

Idyllic will be the atmosphere of Prague but the stay here was and remain unforgettable.

Great two star or not quite three. Very friendly staff. Enormous breakfast. Great location. Room was clean, the hallways and common areas not so much.

All in all a great, friendly staff, delicious Breakfast buffet, nice clean room. Two things were not so good: the window frames are wooden, not plastic, with the window of my room overlooked the street with trams active, to sleep with the window open was impossible. The second is a plaque next to the buffet with the inscription in Russian that the food shouldn't be brought with exclamation marks at the end. It's rude to Russian, especially in the hotel a lot of them. You can warn each separately, give reminders, or to write the same thing next to the English any of these alternatives is correct.

Not what you'd call comfortable, but for a hotel in the middle of Mala Strana — pretty satisfying. Stayed there 2 times.

Welcome home. Very friendly staff. Clean hotel and recent rooms. Flat: The rooms are not all well soundproof and the ones that overlook the tram are therefore very noisy. Perfect breakfast for days of walking and sightseeing.

Stayed for 1 night in a warm summer day in July. Room do not have air conditioning, and got extremely hot. Room was quite small and worned out, could have needed some updating. Location is perfect, close to Charles Bridge, Kampa Park, good restaurants, petrin Tower and walking distance from Prague Castle. Also right next to tram stop, which will take you into the city centre.

A nice hotel, with a classic team. When you arrive you feel like arriving in a castel. Rooms are nice, not that special.

Our room on the ground floor the bed was clean, comfortable. Our electronic door lock worked, however, very unreliable. So how the door frame looked like it was probably already no longer properly. Also the door did not lock. The Breakfast was for the price really ok. There were a few choice and it was refilled. To starve, nobody needs to actually. Those who like to Sleep in, however very quiet, you should rather look for another Hotel, because at least on the ground floor the noise was a bit louder, because right next door is the tram, a school there, long leads and high-powered cars from the nearby Nobel hotel from there towards the main road. :-) The location of the hotel is nice located centrally and is approx 10/15 minutes walk to the Charles bridge. In the vicinity of the Hotel is also a beautiful Park, the castle is also walking distance. The tram links it makes to achieve a very slightly more distant places conveniently. Tram tickets we were able to purchase even at the hotel reception. All in all we were quite satisfied. For just 60€ per night for 2 persons incl. Breakfast was really good.

This is a fine place if you want to walk to the popular Prague attractions. It is convenient to many things. For things farther away the tram stops right outside the door. The rooms can be a bit stuffy, not much circulation of air. The bed is firm, but still quite comfortable. No fridge in the room and as usual with EU hotels there is no ice machine available. (us Americans like our ice) The breakfast is uninspired and boring, especially after staying in their sister hotel down the block. The staff is friendly and helpful. Not a good place for mobility challenged individuals, there are lots of stairs, even to the lift.

The previous reviews устарели. Мы stayed in this hotel with 20-27 may 2012. Overhaul transformed the look of the hotel. Comfortable rooms, good bed linen (except towels), they are old, but changing daily as housekeeping. Shower, and other plumbing works исправно. Хороший per three programs in Russian language. Buffet Breakfast is within the norm for a hotel of this level. Staff is very helpful and fluent in Russian language in different degrees, but understands or trying to understand. Located on the corner of streets and so the night I like go to the machine (paving is not asphalt) Another shortcoming in the basement of the beer pub and late at night you hear the songs of idlers, not long, but awake. All this is not essential. The main thing that the hotel is 15 minutes travel from the Charles bridge and metro station Malostranska, where Russian tourists on sightseeing tours.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel (hotel William) in September/October 2008, during the honeymoon. Special delight not experienced. The global shortage (from our point of view) — holed sheets that we put with enviable persistence, with a very correct request to replace them were offered to us. TABLECLOTH from the table. Moreover, it was brought to us in the room! The promises of the girls at the reception to fix it (in the morning, with the advent of the spec. Human head sheets, duvet covers and towels) remain just promises, they have not even bother to warn the rest of the staff. Sheets we changed only after 2 nights at the darned (more than 20 stitches), and after another 2 nights again on the worn, though this time with the small, even almost neat holes. To be honest, until with a similar attitude and similar linens (more like sieves), and my husband had to face not. Please note the purpose of our trip to assess the degree of resentment. Besides the disadvantages are: lack of knowledge of employees of the Russian language (though most of them speaks good English), absence of the upper light, the absence of a hose in the shower, very small rooms, crushing under the window tram. The advantages to note the location and good Breakfast. If You, having analyzed the received information, decided to stay at this place, it is recommended to solve arising problems directly with the owner (or rather the owner of the hotel, as it is the only method to solve the problem.

Lived in a hotel for a week in may 2007. In Russian at the reception did not understand. Did not immediately, was cleaning up to 14 hours, sit on any of the settee can not there just don't have it, opposite the front Desk people sit and eat. Bathroom — spacious, annoyed that only liquid soap posted by directly over a roll of toilet paper and in me all the time she was soaking wet. Cleaned well, a very good woman, Luba, she spoke Russian. generally crowded and noisy, but clean.
