Great food! Friendly service and nice outdoor area on the Square.

Good service and good food.

We stopped here for lunch in the restaurant. The food we had was delicious and reasonably priced. The decor was very oldy worldy which again for its age and location was lovely.

It's in a strategic position right on the main square. The food is good and the service is excellent. Here you can try some traditional Cech dishes or select something else from their multi-language menu.

We loved our trip to Prague. It is such a beautiful cultural city with lovely people. The only slight disappointment was this restaurant. Salad was fine, as was the drink I ordered. I didn’t order desert or get to the point of being offered it, yet when a second member of staff arrived with someone else’s desert and I explained politely (again) it wasn’t mine and I hadn’t ordered a desert I was made to feel like a liar! Never had an experience like it. Just v rude. I was a bit stunned. She actually argued and said I had! Clearly their mistake. All other restaurants were spectacularly good with amazing food and service, just this one that lets them down. Perhaps they think the location is so good it doesn’t matter how they treat people?

Place overlooking one of the most touristy squares in the city, so very expensive. For high prices you expect at least a minimum of kindness and courtesy, instead the waiters are extremely rude and very unwelcoming. We ran away as soon as we could. Definitely not recommended and absolutely to avoid!

Very nice hotel. The entrance door to the central square of the old town. The rooms are clean and warm. Breakfast is standard.

Located at Old Town Square, nice view and fine food. *Sirloin Loved their sauce and bread. Beef is fine. *Gin Tonic Good one. *Mojito Good one.

Hotel in a central location. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was clean. The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The service was good. We were greeted coolly, but our wishes were met immediately. After five minutes, someone stood at the door and, for example, brought An extra pillow. Check in and out completely hassle-free and not five minutes each. Price-performance completely OK. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and you could be fed up well. Daily changing sausages, bacon and egg dishes, as well as pancakes or similar sausage/cheese cold cuts, honey, homemade yogurt, cereal, east and fruits. At the rolls point deduction.
Overall recommended.

Excellent location Fantastic and Desayuni.

Great hotel. The hotel is positioned perfectly. In the middle of the center. We have a great view of the old clock square yet quiet. All the free tours begin here. The breakfast is perfect. Staff is nice. It's clean and I like the room decoration. The room is big and comfortable. We are in room 303. I highly recommend. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

A decent hotel. Excellent location, it is in the heart of Old Town square. And that what makes it great. Other than that, I find it an average level hotel. Breakfast had limited varieties, few items, and it is repeated everyday. Rooms are spacious. TV has around 100 channels, but none of them is English language, which defies the need!. Or maybe for honesty, 2 music English channels :). Staff are friendly and helpful, except for one young guy. It is very obvious that he hates the job!. Upon my arrival to the hotel I checked in. No body offered to take the luggage upstairs. I had to help my self. The lift is so small, that it barely accommodates me and my handbag and one luggage. I stayed on room 201, the view is terrible. It is overlooking a church wall (which now, has construction going on). I had troubles getting the key out of the keyhole. Every time I go in or out, the key is stuck. That needs to be changed. If you ask me if I will choose this hotel again for my coming visit. My answer is definitely not. Unless, they cut the price by 50% off.

Establishment of 1.892. Very nice environment. Service a little slow (just to not make you lose your nerves). It improves everything by receiving the food. BBQ ribs capable of withstanding a rigorous examination and the strudel would achieve a very high score. The beer is not very cold but you can't always ask for the most. Price for two people 45 euros. Not bad.

I state that I have not been in the Hotel but only at the restaurant where I ate well but I found a waitress, who served us at the table, very rude, saccente and uneducated. If you have a degree in engineering for advice, change jobs, but if you are a foul waitress with passion and education, great loutish. I'm sorry about the owners who may not know they have this snake in their breasts.

Amazing location and great room.

The best option to stay in the centre of Prague. Close to all the attractions of the old town and very close to metro and tram stops.
The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice.

Got to hotel early from a long 24 hours of travel. No place to sit and wait, told by girl cleaning up from breakfeast to get out of here! Rude, room was ok, loud with all the parting/drinking 4:00 AM. Only saving grace food was good. Same rude girl told another couple that breakfeast was over, they still had 20 minutes. The front desk girl was the only helpful one and gave service. We are long term travelers to 26 countries, this is one of the worst experience we ever had, So bad because the location is wonderful, staff needs charm school training like they did in New York 15 years ago.

Nice lunch available with outdoor seating on the square. Prices reasonable and service was fine.

Ate at the restaurant. It's nothing special, but nice to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of Old Town Square.

We only ate at the restaurant. I ate a dry ass steak with undercooked fries! I payed 20 euros and I needed water to swallow my food down. The workers never asked if the food was good! Worst place on my trip for sure!

The goulash wasn't that good and the portion was pretty small. The waitress is unfriendly and the prices way too high comparing to the value. Cheeeeeers.

Friendly and clean staff.

It is difficult to find a better location to stay in Prague.
The breakfasts are very good. The Hotel of a period decor maintained despite them but extremely charming and that allows us even more to enjoy the stay in the Republic check.

The food is good but the service is pitiful. The client is ignored when he enters, the servers are not friendly and do not know how to smile.
In good group of tourists we asked to pay separately "I do not have time for it" was the only answer, while the restaurant was empty. And after all that the server dares to claim his tip literally.

Incredible location, great service, included breakfast and really kind staff. The hotel has elevator and the rooms are huge. Don't be concern about the outside noise because the location, the rooms have double windows.

First meal in town here enjoyed and I enjoyed the hearty fine cuisine. Everything went very quickly from the greeting to the order and the liquor spendierten of the House farewell.

Great value for money. Rooms a basic, but comfortable. The location is fantastic and it is surprisingly quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel is not in stars, that makes it through the situation again. Perfect location, very nice staff, nice and gerämige room. Good Breakfast and food, all in all ideal for a city trip to Prague.

All ok, but Aldersbacher Beer is missing!

What a fantastic experience at the Lippert Hotel! I have been to Prague many times, but this was the first time I had stayed at the Lippert Hotel. Beautiful historic rooms, fabulous food, and a perfect location. My wife and I will be returning and staying at the Lippert Hotel for sure!

Plates happen really loaded (good! ) but leave barely begun so the dishes are fat! Too bad, it gives a bad perspective of Czech food.

Great location, yet fairly quiet because of a greensward between the hotel and the busy part of the town square. Good breakfasts. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are pleasant, although we could have used a second comfy-chair. Good value; we'd strongly recommend this place to our friends.

The price of the hotel is very affordable given the location. We stayed in the only room on the fourth floor that was large and comfortable, but didn't have great views from the tiny windows. The breakfast buffer included was great. Air conditioning in our room was an extra bonus.
