Subject to availability, travelers can also park their cars for free on adjacent streets opposite the building. Some guests mention concerns regarding the surface condition of the fenced lot and discrepancies between the final parking fee and the stated rates.

The noise level in the rooms depends directly on which way the windows face. Rooms facing Stodolní Street let in loud music from nightclubs and noisy conversations of partygoers until early morning. Rooms on the upper floors facing the opposite side provide a peaceful and comfortable night's sleep. To protect against outside sounds, the management thoughtfully provides earplugs in the rooms. Soundproofing between adjacent rooms is satisfactory, and external sounds from the hallway are barely audible.

Breakfast is served buffet-style with a wide variety of options. The menu includes hot dishes such as fried eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausages, as well as cold cuts, cheeses, fresh fruits, and desserts. Special vegetarian and gluten-free options are available for guests. On weekends, breakfast is extended until 10:30 AM, with staff promptly replenishing empty trays. Some guests note that the quality of the coffee served is only average.

The spacious rooms are equipped with all essentials, including an electric kettle with a tea set, a minibar, a spacious safe, a hairdryer, a TV with access to Netflix, and toiletries. In the bathrooms, guests will find clean towels and full-sized bathtubs. However, the interior decoration of some rooms requires updating due to cigarette burn marks on carpets and curtains. Guests also encounter unfinished cosmetic wall repairs in certain rooms.

During the winter period, the rooms are well-heated and offer a pleasantly warm atmosphere. In summer, guests may encounter difficulties as central cooling does not operate year-round, and air conditioning remote controls are sometimes provided only starting from May. In hot weather, guests have to open the windows, which allows street noise into the room. Fans are not always available in the rooms.

The hotel welcomes travelers with four-legged companions. Guests with small dogs note that check-in and accommodation are comfortable. The hotel's policy conveniently allows guests to stay for a weekend or short-term visit together with their beloved pet.

Most guests highlight the friendliness, politeness, and readiness of the front desk staff to assist with luggage or provide directions. Check-out time is set for 12:00 PM, allowing guests to get plenty of sleep before departure. However, there are complaints regarding undue rudeness and abruptness from service staff at the slightest delay in vacating the room. In cases of late check-in, guests sometimes encounter an unwillingness to accommodate requests to extend check-out even by a few minutes.

For convenient movement between floors, the hotel features a modern elevator. Travelers with heavy luggage do not need to carry their belongings up the stairs manually. The presence of an elevator provides comfortable access to rooms on the third and fourth floors.
