We would like to say thank you to all the staff of the Med Hotel staff. Natasha is also for her attentive attitude to the guests. We're happy. We recommend we'll come.

Very nice Hotel in a good location and in the old style. The Spa area especially the indoor pool in the basement is much too small. Reception/staff very nice. In some Places the Hotel came something into the years. Breakfast is good with respect to diversity in the price.

Family room is about 80m2 with huge bathroom and a great view over the surrounding park. All the fans and light switches could use renovation and breakfast is not great either though. Staff is very friendly. We’re yet to try to pool.

I and 3 other friends came here to experience a good, relaxed wellness.
First the positive: the place, the camp, the old beautiful architecture as well as our rooms we find great.
The service — is very bad, you can't talk about satisfaction at all but with the exception of 2 people.
It already starts at the reception — people might have been untrained as they would have to be treated to the guests. Welcome drink was served in the evening because you have no time and capacity.
In spite of filling out the form with our data, we have to give our knowledge at the reception because you still have to enter our data in your system. After 30 minutes, as agreed with the reception, we came back to pick up our know-how so that we can finally announce the surroundings.
But then you have to go for us to walk without knowing because you supposedly have to type the data in the PC, you are still not finished — I travel a lot and never happened to me like that. You should know that without a passport/White House you should not leave the home, especially in the EU. We have therefore waited and passed our whites to get back before we take a walk.
The food — you have to like, do not expect much so that you are not disappointed. Very disorganized, once we were told that they have no more space for us — just like that, and when we asked — "How and when should we eat then? " They answered us quite unprofessionally — "You just have to wait".

I was positively surprised by the hotel. The value for money was reasonable. Contrary to some comments, I have to say that the rooms and everything else were very clean.
What was particularly positive was the friendliness of the hotel staff. As a vegetarian/vegan, it is more difficult in this country, especially in smaller cities. The cooks even cooked something extra for me without looking at me funny:)
The health resort offerings is inexpensive and versatile. I can only recommend it to anyone.
I could not really decide between five and four stars, but I gave a point less because the breakfast was a little mau. Something like fresh fruit was scarcely available.
However, I can recommend the hotel to anyone with good conscience.

We had booked in the hotel and were rebooked two days before due to overcrowding. But were asked if it was okay. Were then at the hotel orea Spa bohemia. That belongs together. Were then in an outbuilding of the hotel. The rooms were very nicely large and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Had buffet on the first night. The selection was a bit small but still there was something for everyone and was really good. On the second evening we had a four-course meal. That was delicious. Only with the fruit something was saved. The staff is very friendly and the applications were great too. Would come back.

3x room changed always something broken. Buffet early and evening deficient also other guests complained. Communication in German, English is hardly possible. Pool too small. Treatments without enlightenment. Mass handling. Not recommended. Wellness not possible. Travelled rather.

Reception in case of problems insulting and outrageous. Room Eigtl quite nice, but does not weigh up the poor service.

Not recommended: Very poor cuisine, a 4 star hotel not worthy: At breakfast barely choice, scrambled eggs not even, boiled balls are already blue… In the evening buffet the meat was also usually cooked dead. Good salads also false indication. The "Wellness area" was a pool about 3x3m, the sauna was just not accessible and treatment dates are arranged according to the staff and not after the guests. For example, we An appointment placed at 7 o'clock in the morning without any possibility of swapping. At least for me: Never again.

Unfortunately, 2 days before arrival we were "asked" to postpone our arrival for technical reasons by 1 day. Since we first made a city trip, I have by accident still read the email and written back that it is not possible for us due to other bookings including pre-booked train rides. It took some time and effort to look over and over again for a possible answer. It was only when we turned on the agency that gave us the hotel that we received a reply after 2 days that they had rebooked us. We were accommodated at Hotel Sun. With this exchange we were very satisfied and have already recommended the hotel Sun further!

Everything is OK, only the pool is small. There is no room for luggage storage and virtually no entertainment. I have to go to other hotels.
Located near colonnade with water and beautiful pprkom where you can walk. Very nice forest.

Hotel in good condition. Hotel staff was overwhelmed. Dinner was just plain bad.
Would not book this hotel.
