Experience and relaxation cannot be mentioned.
Double room ordered and one gets one with separate beds, where it was not mentioned and in the order history was also nix. Staff understands bad German, except when it comes to payments. When you check in, you won't even be told where to find something (restaurant, pool, massages, etc. ), as there is a lot in Czech.
The dinner is offered as a buffet, but degradation by the staff per dish and much tasted still from the previous day. They didn't even sit right, there came the waiters and asked for the drink to be ordered and then they came along with an invoice, which we did not understand or where we were not pointed out the drinks have to be paid extra. 0, 2 L Sprite CA €2 and 0, 75 L water CA €3, although this was offered at a corner free of charge, where no one pointed to us either.
Parking spaces are available but powerfully crowded and everyone stands as he likes, but money is still required, although none of the staff is responsible for it. (5 €/day)
Instead of a 20 min massage, you only get one for 15 min and it is more like a stroking, with massage has nothing to do. The cabins are open and so anyone can come or go to the respective cabins of the other look.
The pool and reception were impeccable, they could only point out how to get there. (Sauna, whirlpool, pool etc. )
So in the whole we would not go again if nothing changes.

Stayed there 5 nights, our room was good and clean, about the staff/service you can argue… some fast and industrious others turn slowly and sluggish massages were no massages as one knows this in Germany EHR rub and heat package then 20 min Are…
Sauna, whirlpool you always needed an appointment which was also a bit buggy wherein you had to keep his privacy, pool and steam room were clean and never too full of food was tasty and varied to Marinbad itself is a very nice old town with enough Shopping and cafes where you can also pass your time if you just don't drive away.

Never again! Staff very rude and lustless. The applications are low level. Meals should be served outside. Have departed a day earlier!

We stayed two for 5 nights there and absolutely satisfied! Of course, Czech 4 stars are not Germans, but the hotel is, despite the past charm, very clean, which is due to the industrious maid! The staff is very friendly, you have to be friendly and do not let the wealthy German hotel guest out! Buffet always abundant, cutlery always on each table, beverage service fast and all always friendly. We booked on savings-with-travel and had 7 applications, which do not replace a cure, but still do well when switching off from everyday life!
All in all we liked it and we would return at any time for a few days out!

Hotel has become much nicer.
Also clean.
But the food is saved vigorously.
Very little to choose from. And food tastes like nothing…
Otherwise, OK.
Staff is very friendly.
Beer costs 0, 5l €3!
Not normal…

We've been living here for three nice days. In advance we were somewhat irritated about the reviews. "Man" Can not compare a 4 star hotel in the Czech Republic with Germany. The staff was very accommodating and eager to provide guests with courteous service. We cannot complain about anything, it was all very well balanced and the category accordingly. Sad and TLW. Unfortunately, the appearance and behaving of our compatriots was shameful, I sometimes do not want to know what the hosts think about us. We like to come back.

Nice small bathroom with Roman steam bath. Clean. Pleasantly warm. A little tiring to get there, pretty far up there. Very nice staff.

Very nice, rustic hotel.
Limited parking facilities clean and elegantly appointed rooms.
Very nice swimming pool, small sauna.
Food plentiful, wide choice morning and evening buffet.
Employees are very committed and speak almost all understandable German.

The hotel and location was beautiful. That's all the positives I could say, unfortunately. The staff was extremely rude, condescending, unprofessional and they made it incredibly difficult for us to enjoy our stay at every turn on our long-planned spa retreat that we treated ourselves to because of a very hard period. Luckily, we made the best out of it. We still feel the need to warn you about what to expect. I have to say, the masseuses were helpful and we had an awesome cleaning lady. Apparently being Czech and young gives the rest of the staff an excuse to treat you worse than dogs. The trip was not worth the money at all.

Terrible service, the staff was extremely rude and offensive to us. I would never want to experience anything similar and I found this rhe biggest waste of money ever.

Fine meals, nice rooms, great wellness & spa.

One drawback, the hotel is highly accessible on foot. More cons no, otherwise only positive impression of this hotel.

We were three days at Hotel Monty as a pair in may 2016.
The reception was very friendly and Nice.
The location of the hotel on a hill is great. Direct forest location and still
close to the lively centre.
The double fine, the bathroom was clean, would enjoy but a little renovation.
The entire staff is very helpful and friendly.
The wellness area and the pool is great!
Breakfast and evening buffet is although not 4 star but we were completely satisfied.
We booked a bargain online applications that we enjoyed including 2 free, thanks to the Nice and professional ladies!
Price/performance ratio was for us top!
And will be at any time gladly repeat guest at Hotel Monty.
