The staff were very friendly and helpful. You see every time you invest something in the hotel again. It is refurbished and repaired. Very tasty food. Definitely recommended.

Quaint, cosy restaurant and friendly attentive service! The menu is very extensive and offers traditional Czech cuisine as well as German dishes and some foreign specialties. The portions are sufficient but in their quantity not entirely comparable to the luxuries of other Czech restaurants. For smokers there is a separate room in front of the restaurant! Dogs are welcome and are immediately supplied with fresh water!

We always liked to go there for dinner. Every now and then we have stayed there too. So far it has always been very good. Only on our last visit we had to find out that the quality of the food has deteriorated very much! What a pity…

I really liked hir but there are still a few Things that I didn't like that would be in Room 18 the Lamp and down on the Men Toliette at the Seat clear the door Window and again in Room 18 the Heating.

We were there visiting a wedding. The staff was very fun and freandly. The hotel rooms were okay but the location is great.

We were already a second time there this year because the location, many tourist attraction in the area and also the hiking possibilities have inspired us. Here you can really unwind and relax. The food was tasty and plentiful. You could contact all issues connected with the hotel management and staff, and it was helped immediately one.

We were on the road and a total of 13 pairs with driver with bus. A lovely 2-day stay was allows us. The hotel had organized a day with visit to Karlovy Vary (Museum, tourist guides). Catering for this award very tidy.

The mountain farm is located in good landschaftl. A quiet location. The room was my / our ideas and the appealing overall level — it must be not necessarily yes 5 stars — satisfied us. We felt already well received and language 'Holprigkeiten' have their charm. The kitchen was trying to satisfy also special requests. All in all we had a lovely few days there and come back safely.

The staff is unfriendly, inflexible, and inkomeptentes. Breakfast was consistently cold and this was not corrected also. We had to shower in large intervals, because not enough hot water was available. In the breakfast room, it was just as cold. At the reception I am still never so unkindly treated, like in this hotel! I have used me after our vacation by email to the Executive Board and until today no reply received (waited 4 weeks). Should you want to avoid a nasty surprise, then they find another hotel. There are many much nicer and better in the environment.

We spent a fun getaway in the idyllic Hotel Berghof in Jáchymov with our friends (a group of 9 young people). The food was delicious and typical Czech. The rooms were clean, sometimes something cool but still nice. The Saturday evening was presented by a solo entertainer (musician), which again really made mood. On the whole, a great holiday for a small purse. The service was good and friendly.
