The hotel located on a hill. Historical building without elevators but with gorgeous balcony view from my triple room on 4th floor. Calm atmosphere and nice staff. Bed, pillows and linens were nice. Wi-fi worked great.

It's all good. I like it. Organized professionally, high level. Keep it that way. Well done all the staff.

Amm first of all I have no clue how this hotel got 4 stars like come on, the food was so cheap and not in the good way at all, the smell was constantly there I don't know what it was and the worst out of all wich you would think can;t get but wait for it most of the staff are ukranian imigrants wich I think litrally live in the basement and work 24/7 because I never saw the staff change there was the same faces all the time that's just soo gross and wrong like I can't belive something like that is happening in the EU. I storngly belive this place should be closed and the owner put to jail!

We stayed in 18goda in January. Satisfied. And the review is good and the food is decent and the historic centre is a two minute walk away. Those who do not want to go to the hill, may not come.
The location is great. And there are also lookouts, gazebos.
Spa treatments were not taken, I can not say anything.

Great hotel. Delicious food. Great staff, always ready to help. Walking distance to the center.

Posting false information on booking: "24-hour front desk, double bed". The actual situation we arrived at 11 o'clock in the evening, the door locked, the front desk no one, service phone refused to answer. Half an hour later someone replied that the front desk service is only 10 o ' clock! After several negotiations finally check in, service staff attitude is bad! Also told that in fact the entire hotel does not have a double bed, some just put together 2 single beds! Room sultry uncomfortable, breakfast quality is poor! Another bizarre act: service staff in We go to eat breakfast time into clean up the bathroom, but did not make the bed, this is what to do? Very not recommended.!
