➜ The location of the hotel is very good.
Our comfort room was very large and had a balcony overlooking the small river and unfortunately also of the ugly 70s concrete high-rise (Termal Hotel).
On the negative side, everything is designed for the predominantly Russian guests. No one at the hotel speaks german or English. With hands and feet, however, you can make yourself understood. The staff is therefore very unfriendly and hardly helpful.
For dinner you only get something to drink after several requests — still water and tea are available on the buffet (if you like that).
We cannot recommend the hotel. The alleged 4**** hotel would get a maximum of three stars from us according to international standards. The price/performance ratio is not consistent. Perhaps the hotel should only be offered in Eastern Europe, because it does not meet Western standards. What a pity.
I'm trying to cancel my reservation but no one is taking care of it! several days ago one of the employees confirmed that it would be cancelled and I would get refund but guess what they did not send confirmation email! now they do not answer any number that is listed! SHAMEEEEEEE! you can use these times for your benefit!
