➜ I didn't make it, there were gypsies at the entrance and tried to steal the purse. I don't carry the benefit of money with me.

➜ So, unfortunately, I can't easily rate this hotel as above average.
There are certainly plus points such as the location, but this does not do much in such a small town. The room is large and clean, the bed comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
However, there are some things I didn't like: 1) My room was with window to the street, although very nice view, but noisy until the night and then in the morning from 6. So limp with a closed window.
2) during the stay (8 nights) Not once changed the bedding.
3) Breakfast — a catastrophe: very scarce choice, the breakfast eggs were served without shell, halved and cold.
4) No possibility of tea or coffee on the room. There is no restaurant or coffee in the hotel, not particularly advantageous for the guests.
So on the whole not a bad hotel, but in no case European 4 stars.

The hotel is situated in the old city center, very near to all the Spa and Shopping attractions. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helful. We had the superiour room. The Room was very clean and the bed comfortable altought its already a bit old. Roomsize was good. Bathroom with shower and bidet (no bathtub). There is a minibar in the room, big windows but no aircon. The breakfast had an average choice and the quality was still ok — space for improvement.
