Really nice personal and very nice rooms. We will come back for sure.

We felt very comfortable.
The Room was very nicely furnished, large and clean.
In the Bathroom there were Bathrobes, Hair Dryers and cosmetic Small Items (Q-Tip, Cotton pads) also available. The Hotel also takes in after the Booking confirmation with one to learn how the Registration Plate of your own CAR (more on this later), for example. The Beds together, or should stand separately and whether there are other Wishes.
At the Reception we were always treated politely and courteously. Upon Check-in, luggage was taken from the Car To The room by a Luggage rack, and the other way around at Check-out. The Registration Plate of the own Vehicle must be specified so that only Hotel Guests use the available parking Spaces.
A small gala dinner is also offered and even a small Serenade is given on special Occasions (Birthday).
Breakfast is Standard and tastefully prepared, Coffee and Speciality Coffees are freshly prepared.
The Staff in the Gastro-area are also very friendly and attentive.
You even have the Option to order a Packed lunch for a planned Hike. It Is best to be prepared in the Evening before, because the Prepared takes an Hour.
A Sauna with a beautiful Lounging Area is located on the 4th Floor. Again, everything was clean and beautifully decorated. Towels and cosmetic Items were available. If you want a Massage, you should get this ready when You first Get in touch with the hotel.

It was a very beautiful restaurant. The service was excellent. The food was delicious albeit the portions weren't exactly grand in size. All in all: an excellent dining environment.

Rooms are OK. Dogs allowed, unfortunately also in the breakfast room, restaurant. The waiter Strechelt the dog and cuts the bread. Restaurant not cheap.

UPDATE: We went back in April 2017 and, once again, it was an incredible experience. Needless to say, we are going back this spring. (September 2016) : Impeccable experience. The staff is super friendly and tends to all your needs. They go out of their way to help from running outside to meet you when you first arrive to offering water every to you are leaving for a hike. The whole hotel has a great look and smell, very comfortable and quiet. There is a spa that includes a free sauna for guests. I highly recommend the facials. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The Hennessy bar is cozy and well stocked. All the trail heads in the vicinity. If you are motivated, you can walk to the highest Czech mountain Snezka and back in one day. Then, you relax in the luxury only the Savoy can offer. Perfect stay and we will be back for sure!

Great hotel for the public. The truth is there is no pool but otherwise on the level. The staff is very professional, the attitude is perfect.

Pros: helpful reception, location; Cons: during our stay loud reconstruction in neighbouring room. Not working ventilation in bathroom, plastic curtains in small bathroom. Service which spots you in empty bar in 5-10mins.

The place that I will always come back to relax and enjoy. Hotel that will pamper you with the hospitality and quality at its best. Truly wonderful experience in style.

Highly comfortable hotel where you feel being perfectly cared for since you stop at the parking. Spacious rooms, many with balcony, fully equipped batrooms, air-conditioned. Extremely effective staff knowing your wish before you say. Elegant restaurant, bar and outside terasse. Some locals may call it luxury, perhaps due to higher prices than usual in the country, however it is fair price for the value.

I visited during the off season and was not disappointed. The staff really make this place special, they think of everything and will take care of anything. The breakfast is supurb and the rooms are nice enough. The spa is very relaxing but I cannot recommend getting a massage, although it may be better during the peak season, it was subpar. Seriously a 4.8 out of 5 experience.

Absolutely perfect! It is near the trails, offers luxury and has a wonderful staff. People who complain about this hotel have no idea what they are talking about. Krakonos is pleased with all it offers.

So here we were surprised at very best. Spontaneously, we landed in Špindlerův Mlýn and went without posting to find a room. The hotel makes a very noble and clean impression, even from the outside what continues inside. The reception was very friendly and made us feel welcome. A room for four nights (mid-August) was for us to get without any problems. The rooms are very modern in the dark style and Miss nothing. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is super nice and clean. Incl. Breakfast provides a good enough variety and is very tasty and fresh. The staff is very attentive and always there for them. I can recommend it absolutely on families with children, it is well prepared. Thank you.

Very nice hotel with large comfortable and elegant rooms. In addition but not highly recommended.
No swimming pool, very small SPA area and in the relaxation room you can relax with the best will. Terrible music and constantly run around and talk to the employees.
Slightly different book who basks Hotel only to sleep nutz, well… better yet.
You should rather keep quiet about breakfast. ETAP level. (Pressing ham, Edam cheese and Apple juice. ) I had one of the thinnest coffees in my life probably. )
About the food, I can say nothing after this breakfast I took distance from here to try something. Also, the restaurant was almost empty, only 2 guests.
The ambience of the rooms, the lobby, restaurant… absolutely tastefully styled. Only the best that money played no role here.

Very nice hotel, good food. There are Russian-speaking staff at the reception of visitors. Near many ski slopes with ski lift. From children to adults.

It's a lovely location. A cozy spa, only need to be booked in advance. Friendly staff.
