Good accommodation for reasonable money in a convenient place with a good breakfast. Sincerely friendly staff. Good breakfast. Parking without additional payment and pre-order of the place. Impeccably clean underwear. Minus — no air conditioning.

The hotel is nice, has big rooms and is at an excellent location near the centre of the city. Also very close to the train station in case you want to go to Prague.

The receptionist had a very rude tone. We where 2 couple having each one 1 reservation. When we got there she just assumed that we are 4 people for 1 reservation treating us very badly. Not apologizing for the tone and continue to be rude. When we got into the room was absolutley boilling. So cheers to the beautyfull tall blonde from the reception with 0 trainning and 0 people skills that made my day after 8 hours driving.

Very nice staff, the breakfast rich, the rooms clean and well furnished, unfortunately in summer very warm, without climate. However, it is possible to borrow a fan at reception. For smokers, the hotel is not so good. Only 2 small tables in front of the main entrance. No other option. Thus, it can also happen that the whole entrance area is overcrowded by people. If it is then a larger and alcoholic group in the evening, one almost no longer dares to go to the hotel.

Stayed here from April 30 to May 8, 2018. The rooms are spacious, but the breakfasts and service leave much to be desired. There's a piano in the hall.
The room was very well equipped. Staff from the time of Sovdepa. On the last day, before leaving, we made calls abroad, which we did not commit…

Really nice and reliable staff! Only the food is waiting for about an hour and then only gets it cold.

I will never be back in this hotel, I am not satisfied about the reservation and how personal have treated my complaint…

Good, is rather dated, big room, clean, lots of choice at breakfast, coffee (had better drunk) for a 4 star hotel had a bit more expected. Dale is more like 3 stars.

Lovely big TV with 65 channels. Clean rooms and a bathroom. Free coffee and tea during the day (self-service). Happy with the visit.

Very nice hotel and centrally located. Room was nice size and the bathroom had a bathtub. Breakfast was also very good. Service staff at breakfast very prudent. Placed immediately after what was missing, class.
Price is really great. 5 German TV channels available. Staff was always quite friendly to us and helpful.

Living on 3. Rd floor, but acording to the plan the layout is the same. Great staff, and great Breakfast. The price is cheap, the only complaint, is that we can hear the neighbour cough.

The room was clean and relatively modern, staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. Everyone spoke English very well. The restaurant offered good meals at cheap prices, the breakfast buffet was very good as well. There are two parking lots (one in front of the hotel, one around the back), and one paid underground lot. The only negative point was that there were no power sockets next to our bed, however there were plenty spread across the room. Also, we didn't find the advertised gym room, but we didn't really mind that. Would definitely go there again.

Good and fast service. The rooms were clean and the beds were fine. The faucet leaked a bit sometimes because it couldn't be stopped properly.

Nice location, breakfast was huge disappointment Rooms were hot, but I like hot more than cold.
Restaurants food was excellent and so was the service.

Good rooms, good food in the hotel restaurant and the service provided by the old Mr. Waiter in the bar was superb. Thank you. I do recommend this place.

Recommend to anyone! €40 for 3 people to sleep amd breakfast included! Amazing!

Overall not a bad hotel. But there's a room with greetings from the past (and in this room we settled. The room is just terrible.
