Very friendly hotel, breakfast something for everyone.

❤❤❤❤❤ We are already here for 3 times and are just thrilled. Aguapalace is perfect for families with children.

Friendliness and attentiveness of staff from the reception to restaurant to bar to pool side was exceptional. The hotel was clean and well organized and filled with things to do and eat. Just remember to return those expensive plastic bar cups 😉

The sauna world with 14 different saunas is the hammer.
So much variety and an appealing ambience ensures pure relaxation.

The hotel bar is the best I've ever seen. There's really every cocktail and the bartender is great. Also in the hotel every wish is fulfilled. The aquapark was little visited, so we had the pools almost for ourselves. Great. Pure relaxation. The massages have also done really well. The slides are in great condition and are great fun. If you have the opportunity to avoid weekends and school holidays, you can spend a great time here. We enjoyed the days here and will come back! Thank you very much.

Great approach to staff very clean and comfortable rooms water park great many attractions but in the sauna boring I expected more privacy was so surprised that everything is open there. The disadvantage is that it is far to the center… but I feel really good.

Can be highly recommended to anyone looking for a guest and child-friendly hotel where you can have a lot of fun but still have a rest.

Direct access to the Aqua Palace. Super Breakfast, and unfortunately somewhat unmotivated Service. Everything for Breakfast, and what you wish for, everything was there. A Buffet dinner is unfortunately very expensive. 17, 90 children's costs per Person half
profitable probably only for Teens, but not for 10 years. The rooms are clean, however, and urgently need to be renovated again. The joints are part of the erosion. Silicone may also belongs again renewed. The Bath bags both had broken zippers
nevertheless, we were satisfied and not found it that bad.

We would like to recommend it… The whole family is thrilled.
This year we were there for the 10th time, which we were not aware of and were surprised with a huge fruit plate and a delicious bottle of wine as a thank you.

My family of five just returned from Aquapalace hotel. The hotel is very clean and is perfect for a family vacation. They know of all the family issues that might come up and cater for them all. Even when at full capacity with many children running around, they always provide great service. Rooms are very clean and today. They provide access to Aquapalace itself (as part of the family package) with robes and towels and direct access from the hotel to the resort. Amazing experience and highly recommended!

Hello, we stayed at the hotel for a week. Our service experience from the hotel bar staff was very disappointing! Our feeling is that we are underestimated, laughing at us and trying to work on us again and again. It happened that we asked others to invite Zipps and Schnitzel from the bar. We asked the price and the waitress replied that such a meal cost 180 cents. After we ate, the price jumped to 360 cents per meal. The waitress decided for herself that we wanted the bigger meal so it should cost us more. When we asked for a receipt — we were told that they did not have such a meal and they made a special gift for us and because we all ate from it so we have to pay more. Just a hotel of thieves!

Excellent hotel, very rich and varied food, very good service. The pools are very nice and the slides are luxurious, worth coming for several days.

It is sooooo great here, very nicely furnished and great staff and room service…

Pretty nice hotel. The rooms are fine, and the breakfast is great. Exactly the level I was expected from the hotel.

Nice place to visit. My kids love it. It is our 3rd time visiting. We will always visit any time we are in Prague.

The service and stuff are auful! We booked for two room 6 month ago and specifically asked for the two room to be on the same floor Also verified it by mail few time. When we arrive they said the don't have it. The restaurant inside the hotel is catastrophic I asked for a cola the gave me warm bottle I asked for cold one the answer"I cant" I said so cancel the order the answered "I can't" The are 100% antipathy! This place is not for vacation. Only for half fun day with the kids. Nir.

The wonderful idea of a hotel involving a water park was spoiled primarily by terrible breakfasts, bread from packets, powdered igo, nothing freshly cooked, several times the milk on the table was sour, three out of seven people we had tormented Bellies. In the end they were just afraid of eating something there. And since the hotel is on the outskirts, it is not so easy to find a replacement. Minus also a very long transition from the hotel to the park, as the staff do not speak Russian, do not even try to understand, with fake smiles do not explain or help. But the latter did! When we were read out 30 EURO for three calls in less than five minutes in Prague itself, the call inside the city! I thought on the city — generally free, but 30 EURO! So despite the comfortable clean rooms, (the cleaning staff is actually wonderful) and the parking and water park nearby will not recommend anyone ( ( (

Nice place in a suite on a web window. But it's not bad. Location Was tricked with free breakfast delivery to the room.

No welcome or farewell was maintained by the front desk staff!
Simply given room card or returned at the Chekout deposit and that's it!

Are here for the first time and are very satisfied. Have arrived Friday afternoon and stay 2 nights. Very friendly staff, drinks at the Barracuda Bar and buffet food highly recommended. Definitely coming back.

Was already 2x here and it was great every time. It is best to book 3 days.

Lots of fun for families! Our children were ages 2-4 and we felt safe in the children's area. They also have a childcare center available allowing us to have our own fun on the larger water slides. Some are go pro worthy. Rooms were nicely decorated. Indoor access from the hotel to the park. Food could have been improved and was pricey. All in all a grand time.

This is an excellent hotel for families with children. Rooms are big enough and clean. There is a direct connection from the first floor to the water park. The dining room was large and even though the hotel was full there was no need to wait for the table. However, the food was not varied and the children not always had what to eat.

We couldn't imagined a more perfect vacation. The hotel is great, clean, stylish very comfortable. The water park is WOW. The kids (6, 9, 1) could not get enough. The attractions provided by the hotel in the family package were exactly what needed. The only comment was baby crib not allowed in family room, but parents bed was big enough for the baby to fit comfortably.

We have been here 3 times and I think we will also be a 4th time to go there just great.

Can only recommend to anyone. Great Adventure Pool, spa, gastronomy and hotel for the whole family and every taste.

Very nice room, big, modern and clean. Half board super, very good buffet in the evening and in the morning.

It's so nice because there is a game room and you can play table tennis.

We've been going for three years at Christmas time. Very nice ambiance. Hotel, Aqua Park, Spa… very good. A star deduction because it would have to be improved at the evening buffet. And the spa does not speak German.

The hotel is modern and functional. In our room there was even a bathtub. There is a kind of Bespassungsprogramm for children, and 2 free "? Playstation? "In the lobby.
Generally the hotel is clean, although in some places the maintenance backlog is noticeable.
For the Aqua Palace there is a bathrobe, towel and a coy novelistic purse.
Unfortunately, the room was pretty much broken. The heater was "regulated" by the on-/unscrewing of the control valve, the faucet had no attachment, the towel dryer was broken, the lamps had even better days…
For couples, the room may be large enough, with an extra bed for 3 people it will be quite cramped. This is conceptually difficult to find, where the target clientele are visitors to the water park and the trips are usually accompanied by parents. But here is a bed for those already the highest of feelings. There is no own toothbrush cup.
The breakfast made a lot of wishes open. As if it were not embarrassing enough for a hotel of this category to resort to instant products, but keeping the mixing ratio should not be too much to ask for. Instant juice, scrambled eggs reminiscent of Styrofoam beads and just as tasty, canned fruit, a little cold cuts, … all not so delicious.
Despite several attempts I never got to face the advertised Hotel bus. On the subway Opatov, however, there is almost always a taxi that brings one for 250 crowns to the hotel.

Very recommendable hotel, with a longer visit to the Aqua Palace This is almost a must, there is good breakfast, and dinner you can get thanks to the central location very easy, at noon I would do likewise, since the Coca Cola restaurant (only Restaurant in the water park) is a total disaster. The rooms are nicely decorated and the bathrooms clean. Gladly again.

Child friendly hotel with helpful staff. Almost all hotel staff speak German or, if necessary, English.
My car was parked in the hotel's underground garage. Costs €10 per night — but that's worth it to me. You could also park the car in one of the adjacent underground garages for about €3 per night — but they are not guarded.
The Aqua Palace is easily accessible from the hotel via a connecting corridor. We had booked a family room with half board. We were very pleased with the breakfast buffet as well as the dinner buffet.
The city centre can be reached in approx. 40 to 45 minutes. The free Aquabus brings the hotel guests hourly to one of the nearest subway stations (Chodov or Opatov). From there you will continue with the well-developed subway network. Timetable Aquabus and Subway tickets are available at the hotel reception!
For us it was a great family holiday with sightseeing in the morning and afterwards bathing fun in the Aqua Palace ☺

The swimming pools are good for children.

Everyone was super nice, staff not-so-good German could have worked anyway. The rooms were full of enthusiastic, super nice and Breakfast is very much of a choice am totally. In terms of the Spa the water was to me, for it is a spas water a bit too cold. Slides are top short waiting times. Otherwise everything top are already looking forward to next year definitely come again. Lg.

— the chip, used for everything : no need to worry about having cash with you it's used to pay, close your locker at the pool, …)
— Breakfast is really good with a lot things for every taste Negative points — Why not use the chip for open your room as well? (You need an extra card to do so), same for the parking
— 10€ per night for the parking is a bit expensive
— The mini golf : what a joke, homemade plates of woods, not even plane. Never seen such a bad mini golf, it will cost you 10€ for two adults and a child but it's really finless due to the poverty of the conception
— Too easy for rude people without any education to take shortcuts for the queues at the water slides.

We liked everything: room, service, food. Very good executive lounge with tasty coffee…

This hotel is characteristic, clean, nicely designed. Hotel staff is very helpful and very friendly. It's close link to the water wold and the spa is a huge plus. I do feel that the dinner buffet is something they can really improve. But I don't know the food of other Czech hotels, I don't think it's fair to say the food is bad just yet. One little detail, when the restaurant gets very busy at dinner time, the staff is frequently checking all food tray to make sure that they can refill on time, I think that's good service. B. T. W. The free shuttle bus won't take you to the centre of Prague. It takes you to Opatov metro station. It's a good idea to have some idea of the metro lines and some small cash is a good idea.

The room was nice and clean but the dinner we had was terrible. The ingedients were not fresh and the food was obviously made from frozen stuff. Maybe this happened because our company booked half of the hotel but it is no excuse.

A wonderful place for the whole family a la carte restaurant or buffet good quality breakfast very variė included SPA fitness room and welness impeccable prices very attractive.

It was everyone super friendly very nice to recommend we maintain with children and they were constantly busy, it's all. A paradise for everyone. We come back because it was so beautiful.

Cozy hotel and friendly staff. It is very good place for families with kids. The only disadvantage is that the aquapark is quite crowdy during weekends, better plan your stay during the week days.

The Hotel aquapalace Hotel Prague is so cool and the aquapalace is also awesome, the food is very good Service is the tob and the staff is very nice and friendly I can weiterentfehlen.

Fantastic staff and nice breakfast! Swimmingpool is endless fun for the kids and adults under 99y. ;-) Good working Wi-Fi in the rooms and at the lobby. Free bus too and from the metrostation. The capital Prague is only 20 minutes with bus/metro. This year we are going to stay there for the fourth time. See you next week.

Room and bathroom clean and beautiful. Breakfast nothing special, but nothing was missing, so quite well. The swimming pools as well as the corresponding Fitness Studio are recommended. Only drawback was a relatively poor access to the city. During the day runs a shuttlebus to the nearest subway station and back every 30 minutes, but only until 22:00. To suggest otherwise.
