There's no hot water at anytime.
No heating inside the rooms.
The corridors smell smoke from the fireplace.
The windows have alouminioun properly from 90s.
The bets has 1, 80m long (your feet was outside the bed)
Only two person service for entire restaurant.

The worst hotel I’ve stayed in for many years. Awful.
Totally absent reception staff, exhausted furniture, mold in the corners of the shower, and damp floors in the enclosed patio of the “superior room” we booked. The place is grey, grim and tired everywhere you look.
There is no “spa”—there’s a scary-looking hot tub and a couple of massage tables tucked away in a dark basement corner. The “fitness room” looks to have been put down in the damp basement 20 or so years ago and forgotten—half the lights were out when we went down there, and the equipment barely functioned.
The only highlight was the very nice staff working in the attached restaurant.

The rooms are very old,
The elevator is so tiny and old, I wasn’t sure if it was safe,
The rooms has heating but you can adjust it is the same heat for all the hotel and they have it so high that becomes like a sauna,
The food was horrible and at the bar and at the restaurant we didn’t manage to eat nothing from the buffet not even the salads and we had to pay extra for a burger and pasta with chicken but those were expensive and we didn’t ate them as well the chips with the burger was brownish but uncooked because of the so many times that the oil was used.
I can understand that no one would like to work up there because is far away that’s why they bring staff from Philippines, Nebal, Pakistan and other countries but there unprofessional and they don’t pay any attention to the quality. I will definitely not come back again.

I stayed here with work for 4 or 5 nights in October. Id driven past the hotel while working up in the mountains on previous occasions and always thought it looked nice and when the opportunity to stay here presemted its self I would give it a go. When the work had to extend I couldnt wait to leave and stay somewhere else.
The main issue is the staff. Its almost asif you're an inconvenience sometimes… the chap I assume is the owner acts asif youre lucky to be staying in his hotel and he will deal with you when he deems appropriate. Worst of all was walking back to my room and having to witness one of the cleaners (who was Sri Lankan or indian) being berrated and insulted for some minor infringement or other. The cleaning staff appear quite badly treated.
The rooms are basic, the view is absolutley brilliant and a redeeming feature of the hotel — sitting gazing out over the mountains is a glorious experience. Wifi is abysmal… hardly works. This was possibly my main issue — free Wi-Fi is promised — when you comment it doesnt work you are offered premium Wi-Fi at a cost. So there isnt free Wi-Fi at all.
Breakfast was passable, not quite as grim as some have mentioned, but nothing special. The breakfast staff, although their English was limited they were friendly and helpful.
The job I was working on was extended, the easy thing was to extend my stay, but I chose to pack up and move, mainsly so I could get Wi-Fi, but also beacuse the staff were, in general, far from welcoming.

The most awful hotel I ever stayed. During the winter rooms are freezing cold, no hot water. Constant lies that it will be fixed. Will never ever come back here again. Shame on management!

Great mountain view from our room, nice lounge seats at a fire place and nice food/menu. Good quality for the price we paid and perfect location to explore the Troodos mountains (we walked the 14 km Atalanti trail).

Amazing sunrise view with the snowy mountain, the heating system is excellent, the bathproduct are very good, our room is big, the bed is very good and I had a very good sleep.

The worse experience I ever had in Cyprus and abroad. Great advantage is the location of the hotel, however, because of the lack of competition in the area is overpriced compared to the offered quality. It’s very old with prison-like rooms. If you are a couple, know that there are only single beds. Also, the rooms are not that clean, the breakfast is very basic. The staff are not professionals and rude (example: giving you the keys of a room which there were other people inside and not even apologizing or asking them to clean a table to sit for breakfast and telling you to sit somewhere else)

A very cosy hotel with excellent service 24/7. I highly recommend it to any traveller in the Troodos area.

I am the first time in this hotel, and I will never come back, service without experience almost not at the level, prices very high to the standard downright terrible for the qualification of the staff never again. In this place.

No measures against covid19 are kept. The masks are not properly worn by the employees, the breakfast buffet is a mess, no distances, no gloves, no antiseptic, no protective plexiglass.
