Its very clean and for the price is very good, really. The lady from the reception is really helpful and caring trying to do the best for us like clients! Thank you Mrs Maria ❤️
First the good points. Nice friendly staff. Good location. Clean Comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast.
On the minus side, it's like stepping back to the 1970's but not in a good way. Wood chip wallpaper. Avocado bathroom suite. Old furnishings. Old carpets in room and corridors. Public areas dark and dingy Frankly the place needs a radical refurbishment.

It was a nightmare don’t go!
My stay at Hellas Hotel was very disappointing. The room felt outdated and poorly maintained, with worn furniture and a general lack of cleanliness. The bathroom in particular needed much more attention. The bed was uncomfortable, and overall the room didn’t feel fresh or properly prepared for guests.
Breakfast was another letdown — very limited options and not great quality. While the location in Kakopetria is nice, the hotel itself really needs renovation and better management. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. ”
