Villa Diana Seaside

I literally liked all of it! So the beach is cool the pool is okay I mean that I like it. The rooms are very clean except for the room we went there to check the bigger room with the balcony the room inside the bed was not clean in the in the toilet I dont know hot to tell that η πετσετα was with blood? with diarrhoea? I dont know so these are theonky promblems all the others are ok.

We stayed almost a week in one of these beautiful villas. Matheos welcomed us and explained the most important things. He also stayed with us in contact throughout the stay, making sure that everything is fine. His service was excellent, same as the condition of the villa. Everything was super tidy and clean. It is quiet at night and you can hear the ocean sounds from the balcony.
We were really sad to leave, because we had a wonderful, peaceful time over there. Matheos created a really amazing place!

The villa was so clean and it was amazing. Diana went above and beyond to feel sure we had a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely go to Diana's villa again. I absolutely loved my stay.

I had the pleasure of staying at Diana Seaside Villa with 3 friends for 12 days.
The villa itself is stunning, with an amazing view of the sea, and only a 2 minute stroll down to the pebbled beach and the delight every evening of watching the sunset.
The hosts were fantastic at looking after us, leaving complimentary, fruit, wine, water and a lovely bunch of roses in a vase. We requested a small shop on our behalf just so we were able to have a drink as we arrived late, and enough food for breakfast next day, which they kindly did. They also brought fresh strawberries during our stay.
The villa was meticulously clean, the pool cleaned every day, the pool area was a fabulous suntrap and the sun warmed the pool.
I can honestly say I have never had such a relaxed holiday.

Stayed in June, with 3 friends. The villa is stunning, spotlessly clean and the host are fabulous generous people, nothing is too much trouble.
The view from the villa is so beautiful, and the highlight on an evening was watching the sunset, with the pebble beach and sea being, a minutes stroll away.

Excellent place to have holiday in Cyprus. Villas are located in Pomos village — very calm, friendly and quite place. Not to my turists in the period of our stay — late November. If someone needs more city environment, I recommend to stay closer to Pafos. Pomos is for those who looks for quite and village style place. Prices are fair — on the exact level of Polish economic reality (at least in November — out of season period). Villas are very well maintained, clean, with excelent location for good time with nature — seaside, typical Cyprus flora and landscape. Very scenic view from windows and balcony. Villa is having swimming pool — very nice, functional, clean water, very classic look. Owners of the villa are extrimly friendly, ready for any suggestions and help. Very approachable and open for guests. Villas are equipted with all necessary appliances. All equipment is good quality. Nice kitchen bathroom and bedrooms. TV, nternet are available.
I do recommend that place for stay. We are going to come back over here one more time for sure.

Fantastic location, very quiet place, we visited the place in november still the weather was mild, the pool area is very nice to relax. The villas are big enough to host a larger families also the size of rooms are comfortable, all the premises are clean. Mateos and his wife are very kind and responsive people any issues we had we always received a quick support, we also received very tasty fresh mandarins from the garden. The location is great for walks and jogging on abbandoned seaside and forest roads with great views, on the main road literally there was no traffic at all. The sea is so close sometimes we walked down to eat the breakfast and drink morning tea by the see. The beach and fish taverna is in a walking distance and it was small and nice but in 20 minutes drive you can go to eat in several restaurants. Yes you need a car, yes this is not as busy area as coral bay or agia napa, with fancy bars and clubs shops, but if you look for quiet sharming place where you can relax and spend a quality time with your family without heavy tourism, come here and you will enjoy it.

Four villa complex in a quiet village of Pomos. Great place to relax and disconnect. The villa was specious and very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Dianna is very nice and helpful. 2 minutes walk from the ocean. Hope to come back soon.

Houses are quite clean and recently build/refurbished.
Owners are kind, helpful and always willing to keep guests happy.
Recommended for families.

Such an amazingly run family business that pays attention to ever little detail. We are a family of 12 that hired 2 villas for 2 weeks. Our every request was catered to instantly, and the villas were very well equipped and immaculate. Just a short walk along the beach and there is a cocktail bar with a great holiday vibe and a seafood restaurant that never failed to impress. Matheos, our main family contact organized us airport transfers, car hire and not to mention food delivery when we wanted to stay indoors at night. Nothing was too much trouble for this family and they made our family holiday perfect.

Cleanest and most beautiful villa we've ever stayed. Literally it is like a five star hotel with exceptional cleanness. The villa was built two years ago and it still looks brand new. Beds are extra comfi. The area is super quiet. Had beautiful views to the sea. A little bit far from stores and Polis, but Pomos has a lovely little beach located very close to the villa. All beaches in Pomos and Polis area are clean and free from garbage. If you'd like to have a more private vacation far from the crowd, this is your place. Car is a must.

Excellent stay, everything was perfect. Location, views,, comfort, all was faultless. The villas are situated near the sea, in a very quiet spot in Pomos. We stayed in the beach front villas, Artemis and Diana, and enjoyed superb views from all rooms. Run by a very friendly and accommodating family. Highly recommended!

Perfectly located, clean rooms, fully equipped kitchen, private, swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, BBQ, parking space. Villa located close to the beach and good restaurants. Very helpful and nice host, great contact! Highly recommend!
