We recently returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was excellent, but what truly set it apart for us was the staff’s genuine hospitality and attention to detail.
I really want to mention how great the kitchen team was: My partner has a mushroom allergy, and we emailed the hotel about it before our arrival. We were so impressed by how professionally they handled it. Throughout our stay, we spoke with three different chefs across various shifts, and every single one of them was already aware of the situation. They approached us at every meal, walked us through the dishes, and personally ensured there was no cross-contamination. It gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to really enjoy the food without any stress.
A few more highlights:
The Staff: Everyone we encountered was incredibly nice—not in a forced way, but genuinely smiling and eager to help. It made the atmosphere very welcoming.
The Food & View: The food was delicious and varied, and the view from our room was absolutely stunning.
Location & Beach: The hotel isn't right in the middle of Paphos town, but in my opinion, the location is great. There is a nice area surrounding the hotel, and the best part is the direct access to the beach right from the hotel courtyard. If being in the exact center of town is a must for you, just keep in mind you’ll need a quick bus or taxi ride to get there, but it’s very easy and accessible.
We had a wonderful stay at Thalassa Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile, they really made our experience special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the breakfast was very good with a nice variety, and the indoor pool and spa facilities were perfect and very relaxing.
The only small note is that the rooms feel a bit outdated and could use some renovation. However, everything was clean and comfortable.
Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cyprus.

We stayed for over eight days and had a truly wonderful experience. The service was outstanding throughout our stay — the food was always fresh, and the staff were consistently attentive and friendly.
A special thanks to the chefs, Lalit and Hari Lala, who prepared omelettes exactly to our liking every morning, even during the busiest times. Their dedication and positive attitude really stood out.
The spa was a perfect place to unwind in the evenings, and the nightly entertainment was fantastic and added something extra special to our stay. The hotel’s location, right on the sandy beach, made everything even more enjoyable.
